    Olymp trade not returning my hard earned money

    08, Feb, 2022 :- I make payment of 45000 using phone pe wallet . After amount get deposited into the olymp trade account . I make few trades .
    my account balance becomes around 45050 . I make withdrawn request .

    Immediately, after making withdrawn request, they not only blocked my account but also blocked my money .

    Then I tried to communicate with them from twitter, facebook, email and even their customer...

    I’m exploring this web platform with great interest. It attracts me with its innovative alternative trading system. First, I like fixed-time trading. I heard it’s often criticized for its seemingly gambling nature but it’s not so Here, you are also expected to forecast the market using various tools as you do on Forex. Expiration may puzzle you at first, but I advise you to not to choose expiration smaller than one hour. I think that within this period it’s possible to make a concrete forecast. What’s more, there’s a possibility to close your open fixed-time trade before it expires if you timely notice something wrong.
    I have a problem. I don’t see horizontal lines here. I need them for price levels. Where can I find them?

      Hello everyone,

      Olymp Trade is cheating with the public on the name of trading. They simply block the IDs which start earning profits by giving silly excuses.

      They simply blocked my account when I started earning profit and they gave reason that my documents are incorrect in the verification process while I gave all my correct documents.

      And the most important part is that they did not refund my earned money.

      I strongly suggest to everyone, do not waste your time with such cheaters OLYMP TRADE..

      Thank you for contacting us. Account blocking is a serious measure that is taken in case the service agreement terms are violated. The profit of a trader cannot be a basis for blocking an account. We contacted the verification specialists as soon as we received your review. As a result of analysis of the information provided by you, the following violation of the terms of the Agreement was established:

      "1.4.1. All information provided during Client registration and during the performance of Agreement, is true, accurate, reliable and complete in all respects, and the Client completed the registration form him/herself".
      To verify your trading account the Company have repeatedly asked from you a new photos of documents (a new "Selfie" with an identity card). On these requests, you provided the same old photo. These actions give the Company reason to state that you have provided incorrect documents for verification of the trading account.

      Based on this, the company has decided to terminate cooperation with you.

      Also, you can apply to [protected]@olymptrade.com and explain the situation. This is the reclamation department, they will investigate your case and provide a final response from the Company.

          For a completely winning trade I got a refund

          and second trade is also winning . It’s above line till time of trade ends and then suddenly trade was shown to be unsuccessful with pip loss

          It’s very frustrating for me that same thing happened with 2 trade.

          Second grade didn’t even appear red till the very end of closing of trade . My trade is even closed with green colour . And the after few seconds shown as loosing trade

          Olymp trade platform took Advantage of volatility of asset and even after closing of trade positively, they showed my trade to be against my forecast and manipulated my trade.

          I want a complete refund for my second trade which they manipulated even after closing with positivity

            I came to this trading platform because I was very curious about fixed-time trading. It was a new and interesting experience for me. I can say that for two weeks of practicing fixed-time trading I got a real pleasure. I should note that I trade fixed-time better when expiration is at least four hours or higher. One minute expiration for me is something I have no idea about and can’t control.
            However, I also trade Forex and here I stumbled on one problem. Where are horizontal lines I could draw as price levels?

                85$ successfully withdraw but not credited in my bank

                On 1 Jan 2022, I withdraw ₹6302 from my Olymp trade account to my bank account, Money was successfully transferred from Olymp trade wallet but not credited to my linked bank account. Even I got an email for the successful transaction but still after 17days my ₹6302 was not credited to my bank account. You can check my linked updated bank account statement in pdf.

                    I thought for a long time about whether I need to start trading with the Olymp Trade broker. I have come across only good reviews about this company. Therefore, I still decided to open a deposit.
                    Of course I tried the demo account first. Everything did not work out all the time, but I had some kind of income and three days later I opened a real account and then problems began.
                    I was constantly nervous. I trade Olymp Trade FTT. And he constantly opened deals and most were unprofitable. What am I doing wrong?? How do I start making money with Olymp Trade ??

                      My User Id is 81132112. My verification done on 4th of October 2021. Then after I started trading in this platform. Today, I made my withdraw $1000. And suddenly they blocked my account. Today, I have balance aprx. $1270. And they blocked my account. There is already my one payment not transferred yet in my account about $235. Which is I made on 2nd December 2021.

                      First of all, I want all amount ($1270 + $235) in my bank account through UPI Id.

                      Thank you for contacting us. In March 2021 the Company terminated the Service Agreement with you on the trading account 72883220 and 69609561, and warned that in cases of establishing any instances of trading on other accounts, the Company reserves the right to block these accounts and all funds in them.

                      Due to the fact that you registered a new account 81132112 in September 2021 after the termination of the Agreement and the warning, the Company was forced to apply the consequences described in clause 8.5.1. of the Service Agreement.

                      Based on this, the company has decided to terminate cooperation with you. Therefore, your current account 81132112 has been blocked. Due to repeated violations of the Service Agreement, the funds can not be withdrawn from an account.

                        For the past two days, I have been encountering a similar issue. Today I confirmed it by placing an obvious 1000Rs win trade(Olymp Trade please don't tell me I need to analyze before I place the trade, I have been learning and understanding this market for the past 2 years and have been experiencing similar issues whenever I place a big amount.), there was a delay of 3-4 seconds in executing the trade. If there was no delay and had it been executed on time I would have undoubtedly profited as you can see in the image below but then the delay is because of our internet(sarcasm). Just look at the spike in the last millisecond, come on you're making it too obvious Olymp Trade. Manipulation at its best.

                        Kindly note that receiving a response from a server takes some time, that is why trade does not open immediately. According to regulations, the response time may be up to 5 seconds. Delays do not always take place, it depends on the load on the server. Usually, it does not exceed 1 second. Under normal conditions, this delay does not have a big influence on the result of trade.

                        In case if this delay is critical for you, we would recommend increasing the trade duration. You can always check the current delay by opening a demo trade.

                          I have been trading with this broker for several years, at first it was unstable, then I got into a rut and now FTT is my main source of income. Traveling is not something many people do now but from time to time I visit relaties abroad. When I come there, the website gets bloked.
                          I could not log onto the trading platform of my broker Olymp Trade, as I understood that trading from that country is just not available. But this is my main income, so it really upset me. What should I do in this situation? How do I know where trading will be available to me?

                            Hi, I have made the deposit of 2000 INR on 31st Dec, 2021. the amount is not deposited yet in the platform. I have been waiting and the task is created as the customer agents say. But I have not heard from any financial team nor the deposit is added.
                            Agents say that my case is on priority, if it is on priority it should not take longer as I have shared all the proof from bank. I am honestly disappointed and I expect the quicker resolution on this issue. These are the difficult times and every penny matters.

                                Task is created on[protected] for 15$ deposit, which was deposited on[protected] and the case has been forwarded to the concerned department. As per the update, the payment was declined and 30 days also passed and I have shared the bank statement with olymp trade, But still it is not getting resolved.                                     I really like trading on Olymp Trade trading platform with Fixed Time Trades. I really liked this trading tool, it suited me with its certainty. At least when trading with these types of contracts I know for sure that my trades will be closed, unlike forex where a trade can hang around for weeks with no result.
                                    I used to choose short expirations, such as one minute, fifteen minutes, etc. But I developed one trading strategy with a long-term perspective. But I can't find an expiry time of more than a day. Where to look for it?

                                    Thanks so much for your thoughtful and detailed review. Please select the button "Order" on the right side of the chart. The button is located above the "Up" button which is in green color.

                                    You can schedule the opening of a trade when the specified asset price or the specified time is reached. Pending order is valid for 1 trading session. The maximum validity of the pending order is 23 hours. You can cancel it at any time prior to its opening without losing the funds planned for this transaction.
