I have done two transactions but both of them failed, it's been more than 24 hours, and customer service representatives are saying to wait for 5 days to get it resolved. I am a first-time user and now I have trust issues with Olymp trade. I am raising my issue hear so that no one should use such platforms which are just gambling away your hard earned money....

To be honest, I am very grateful to Olymp Trade for creating their own trading platform. Besides the fact that the company is already a professional in the financial world and has good trading conditions, it now has its own trading software. I have made a deposit with Olymp trade for 10$ and when it is not credited I have notified the customer service about it and I have asked can I deposit the money again, for which he answered yeah I can deposit again.
