I am currently choosing a company to trade with FTT. I have paid attention to Olymp Trade. Well, the company is in first place in the rating, so it is the best, I understand. But I am very worried by the fact that they have their own trading platform which I am not sure I can understand correctly. I'm not sure if anyone can help me if something goes wrong. Or will someone be able to help and guide me in a difficult situation?

    I had made withdrwal request on 31/10/2021 its now 11/11/2021 still it is showing under process. No response at all. When asked to excutive they told we cant help. Keep on telling only one thing sooner it will be credited but they told they dont know when, this is what i get response from them. I think i loose my amount.

      I want to start trading with Olymp Trade broker and open a live trading account. At first I was trading on a demo account and I really liked the possibilities. It's all really cool, a convenient trading platform and a large number of tools. Now I am ready to make a deposit, I have money but I am afraid. I open a trading account and everything is complicated here and they require documents from me. What could it be ?? Who can answer my question. Does the broker trade in people's information? What should I do??

      You should understand that it’s a normal thing in the brokerage industry to verify identity. If you refuse to provide documents that can prove your identity, you will not have a legal status in the eyes of the broker and respectively you will not be allowed to do such a crucial thing as withdrawal.

        I have been already testing your web strategy for more than two weeks. I like nearly everything I see here. I like the laconic layout of this web platform. It doesn’t contain unnecessary elements that could distract me from trading are hidden but can be instantly accessed. I think that it’s the main idea of this platform’s design. However, I don’t see horizontal levels here. You know they are used to draw price levels. I hope I just didn’t notice them. As a rule, on most desktop as well as web platforms these tools are on the top, but I don’t see them here. Does your platform allow to draw horizontal levels?

        Thank you for the interesting and easy option for drawing horizontal lines that you suggested. I found another way, but it is much more complicated. In order to draw a line, you need to see that between the chart and the asset selection panel there is a place where the "Indicators" button fits. I found it near the left edge. I clicked it to open a drop-down list. When it opened, I scrolled to the end of it. There I saw all the things I needed, horizontal and trend lines. If you need to, there are also Fibonacci lines.

          If we are talking about the broker Olymp Trade, in principle I am happy with everything here, a good trading platform, excellent speed of order execution. I really like their trading platform and I really hate to switch to Metatrader. I would like to try trading some other assets besides FTT, but I don't think it is possible on their proprietary platform. Why don't you make forex trading available on the platform, it would be very convenient.

              Hello. I made the decision to trade and chose the Olymp Trade broker. Unfortunately, I am having certain problems here. Maybe I'm not doing something. I was promised that I could earn up to 90% of the profit, but I do not understand how I make a deal and how my profit appears. Maybe I asked the wrong question.                 I’m currently in the process of exploring your web platform. I first learned about this platform from my friend and I didn’t expect to see so many new features. In particular, I was intrigued by Forex trading here. It’s unusual because instead of the classical leverage system here a trader is offered to work with fixed amounts and he can choose a leverage size for each trade. Of course, some Forex brokers allow to change leverage, but it can’t be done instantly. To do this, one should go to his personal office and there he could change it. It’s not suitable and it’s very time-consuming. On this platform, it’s possible to change it with a single click by choosing the required multiplier value.
                I’m generally satisfied with what I see here but I don’t see Zig Zag. I need this indicator. I hope I just didn’t find it but it’s present. Does this platform has this indicator?

                    On Olymp trade I ordered and placed fixed time down trade of 5 minutes without any delay. It was for EUR/USD on 21 OCT 2021 19:20 (UTC+530)
                    Official data is showing that my trade opened at 1.16428 and closed at 1.16425 and ofcourse candle is Red.

                    But Olymp trade data is showing that my trade opened at 1.16429 and closed at 1.16430 and candle is still Red. Remember I placed my trade without any delay on above given time.

                    This is not first time. Now is this mistake on purpose or fraud and how many people losing their money to this scam?

                    There is no single exchange because by its nature the foreign exchange market is decentralized. All trading in financial markets takes place in such a way that the value of quotes on all platforms differs. Each bank, fund, and other market participant enters into transactions at their own prices, which may differ from each other.

                    Your opportunity to make a profit is not in the specific value of the quote but in the ability to predict where the price of a certain asset will move according to historical data. To work productively on our platform, you should analyze the data that we broadcast.

                    Yes, that's what I did. I predicted that price will go down and candle will be red.

                    On all the platforms Trade price WENT DOWN and candle WAS RED BUT SOMEHOW on Olymp Trade price WENT UP and candle WAS RED.

                    Can you explain that to me I will be grateful otherwise I made myself 99% accurate algorithm to make profit.

                      I cannot make mony because the tradin platform does not allow me to do this, it is difficult and not clear, my deal is closed every minute and I cannot change anything. Why Olymptrade does not help traders, but closes deals, I see the indicators and I need more time .. even more .. not one minute.

                        The conditions are normal, the terminal works fine, the withdrawal is also normal. It's all there, well done. But I do not like the official website of Olymp Trade. I understand that they may tell me that this complaint is ridiculous, but it is what it is. I go to the site often, and it should be easy to work with. Here's one example of the problems: if the site is open on the desktop in full screen mode, you have to click on the link at the top to get the information. Then you go to the sections, and one of the sections has a lot of icons with all the sections and a drop-down menu on the left. But in this drop-down menu you can't always find the tab you want, it's all uninformative to me. It sounds like a small thing, but try every day to look there for the information you need - then you'll understand me. That's probably the only inconvenience when working with a broker.

                          Your web platform is really fascinating for me. I’m exploring it with great interest, despite I rarely have enough time for it, but once I have it I am all involved in your platform. I mostly work in the Forex mode because I dislike fixed-time trading because of expiration. I really can’t get used to it.
                          The platform provides the whole array of most popular indicators and its layout is very clean, but I don’t see horizontal lines to draw price levels. Where can I find them?

                            I personally got used to trade with convenience and once I had a need to find a new broker, I spent lots of time in order to find the most suitable one. Ths broker sttracted me by the ways it treats its traders. I was delighted by the client support here, because it multilingual and you can apply to it whenever you want. However, I also got used to trade with leverage and it was kinda weird for me that this broker doesn't have any leverages. I resent by this situation and require immediate answer, why doesn't this broker provide its traders with leveraging trading?

                            I guess I should much more attentive the next time. I wonder how did I miss the information about multiplicators. These multiplicators are the same as leverages, they are even more convenient as I understood. I wish I would read information much properly.

                              After successful trading with Olymp Trade I had to make a bank withdrawal and before that I had to be verified. This was my first withdrawal from this broker, and I traded successfully and earned over $3, 000 in the first couple of months. After I sent all the documents, I was told that they could not accept them because of poor image quality. And I don't have a scanner, I can only take pictures on my phone. Yes, the quality is not good, I agree. I went to my neighbor's house, scanned it and sent it to them. This time they accepted. But I would like to avoid such situations in the future. Do I have to buy a new phone to trade with a broker?

                                I appreciate your web platform. It’s very functional and easy to use. Unlike many well-known desktop solutions, this web platform’s layout is not overloaded with navigation elements, while many things you might require are easy to access. I also like to trade with fixed amounts. At first, I struggled to choose optimal fixed amounts.
                                However, I don’t see Awesome Oscillator here. I need this indicator. I hope I have not noticed it. Is it present here?

                                  I wanted to be a trader. I realized that this is a great chance to make money. Olymp Trade is a company where I traded on demo and studied everything. I tried different trading methods and decided it was time. I wanted to open a real account. And then the difficulties began. I cannot create an account. The broker is asking for too much information and my documents. What is this for. Olymp Trade scam? What are you going to do? All this is necessary for. Firstly, it's all complicated, and secondly, I'm worried.

                                  I am constantly in a hurry and make the wrong conclusions. Thanks to Olymp Trade for explaining everything to me. I will continue to trade here.                                     I am a relatively new client of olymp trade and I am pretty glad to work with this broker because of educational facilities. Actually, I started working with this broker for their educational center because many traders claim that there there are numerous educational materials which are useful for everyone. I do really appreciate this because I have learnt pretty much thanks to olymp and its analysts. However, I prefer video content and I always use youtube in order to broaden my trading horizons. I'd like to watch more videos on your youtube channel, so, please, make more videos about trading and upload them to youtube.

                                        I got used to trade with this broker and believe that it's quite reliable and responsive one. In my opinion, brokers always should serve their traders, because trader are like children, while brokers are parents. This model perfectly describes the interaction between them actually. There is a quite responsive customer support which answer your questions and help you with issues 24/7. I really appreciate that, because sometimes I have issues. Recenlty, I couldn't understand why all my deals are opened with automatic stop-loss, I'm very pissed off, because I don't know whether it's a lag or maybe it's just a function, could anyone help me with, I have no idea at all. I start to think that this broker isn't as good as I described.

                                        I understood my bad actually. I guess I must be more attentive to detaisl when I fristly get acquainted with a broker. Everything is pointed actually, I didn't notice that I can turn off the automatic stop-loss in every opened deal. I want to note that it's quite useful.
