I was deposit 100 usd in Olymptrade account 28396393 on 31 aug 2021.Amount successfully deducted from my account .I have provided all proof to olymp trade support like bank statement, transaction no.
My bankers confirmed amount successfully deposited in olymp trade account. But they are refusing that I have not received amount. Regarding this I have provide you all proof .so pls do needful action against olymp trade broker.

    I decided to trade with Olymp Trade because there are good reviews on the internet. I am a gullible person and used to trust people. Perhaps this is my weakness and I do not need to do this. I'll be careful in the future. You see, I started trading Olymp Trade on my mobile phone and I don't see any money. I open a trade and in a minute I lose this money. Why it happens? Olymp Trade Scam?
    I want all my money back and what's going on? What should I do?

    Thanks to Olymp Trade for helping me understand my problem. I guess I misunderstood all the trading methods of this broker. In fact, it's cool what you provide. I just need to set up my trade.

      You can't support your customers.
      Previously I have submitted my complaint for not closing advertisements. You just gave me hopes and do nothing.

      I am frustrated with your pop up advertising and my work is completely spoiled just because of it.

      I request you to stop it in my device and take immediate action in it.

      According to your previous review, the advertising has appeared in Telegram. The advertising in Telegram is not supposed to show up. You mentioned that you can also see the advertising that is not related to the Olymp Trade platform. It is a sign that you may have malware on your device (malicious software that can launch the advertising pop-ups). Kindly contact the device manufacturer and provide all the necessary data. The manufacturer should inform you of the further steps.

        In my opinion, this broker offers quite competitive conditions for traders in order to let them earn money. I guess that all the brokers should be reliable and responsive in relation to their traders, otherwise their work doesn't mean anything. By the way, I like this broker, but something weird has hapenned with my account. I've decided to deposit 600$ and I got new type of account. Someone, tell me please, why it's like that and how can I get rid of it? I don't want the new type of account, tell me how I can give back the previous type. It's so unconvenient!

        I guess I ought to be more attentive I think. I understand what was going with my account, everything I had to do is just to pay attention to the whole information on the website of this broker. Next time, I will check all the information before start complaining.

          I trade with olymp trade and I am quite satisfied with their platform and trading conditions, their withdrawals are really fast epecially comparing with some other brokers where it may take several weeks to withdraw the money. I prefer trading forex and I don't really likr the fact that fixed time trading platform has the access to more assets to trade than forex traders. It is sad, especially when we talk about cryptos. 12 different assets is cool, but I still look forward to having more trading opportunities.

            I liked the OlympTrade Forex trading platform. That is why I decided to open an account here. Everything is very beautiful. The charts are clearly visible and the buttons for trading. I was able to understand how to look at all trading assets, but I do not understand why this trading platform does not have analysis indicators. Why is there no open MACD and RSI indicator under the charts. Explain how can I do technical analysis? You need to make your software better and more professional.

            There is a vast choice of trading tools available on the platform, including a MACD indicator and an RSI oscillator. To find them, you need to open the Indicators section. Press the Indicators button at the left bottom of the chart (below the Chart type settings). Then, in the appeared list, scroll down to see a full list of instruments for technical analysis. Click on a preferred indicator so that it will be applied to a chart. Please, if any further questions appear, let us know. We will be happy to help.

              My account blocked when I started doing second withdrawal as I'm using single account only still it is showing used several accounts, when I did my first withdrawal there was no issue. Customer service was really poor, they don't have a clarification how to clear my solution customer service statement was like robotic they only speak whatever they want to talk. Im really looking help from olymptrade to unblock my account

                Deposit fund refund

                I have new Euro currency account and deposit fund on 24/08/2021, 500EURO, after deposit my account is blocked by olymtrade, if they want to blocked my any for any reason they should do before deposit, but this unfair think happen with, and I am keep continue contact to customer support, claim department, but they are saying you will not get your refund back as you violet rule, I seriously not aware of any rules, I borrow money from market...

                I have made a deposit to olymp trade account on 14th August and I have been contacting the support from then but 1st rhey said 24hrs next 5days now they ask to keep on waiting but no resolution is provided from 10 days. Someone please look into this issue and do the needful at the earliest possible.

                  When i deposit money on this application there is no verification and i loss my money still there is no verification notification but when i win some money they block my account because i dont understand that last process of verification of payment document but i sent them from my side after i tried 2-3 times they blocked my account and fraud with me almost 45000 rs
                  as i see on there application that my payment document is not verify i call there service department same as they told me to upload document i uploaded but still they blocked my account
                  my suggestion to all that don't use this application they don't even solve my problem

                    I suppose that brokers today have to posess lots of features which will highlight them from other brokers. So, these features often are advntages, however some of them can seem to trading community as shortcomings. That's why choosing a broker is quite an individual process. I've chosen this broker and I'm glad that I have an opportunity to trade with it. However, I can't understand how long does it take for withdrawing to get my money. I suppose that brokers should always highlight this information on their websites. Somebody, help me with it.

                      Money not credited to my trading account

                      I have done two transactions but both of them failed, it's been more than 24 hours, and customer service representatives are saying to wait for 5 days to get it resolved. I am a first-time user and now I have trust issues with Olymp trade. I am raising my issue hear so that no one should use such platforms which are just gambling away your hard earned money....

                      To be honest, I am very grateful to Olymp Trade for creating their own trading platform. Besides the fact that the company is already a professional in the financial world and has good trading conditions, it now has its own trading software. I read a lot of good Olymp Trade reviews and decided that I needed to download a mobile application. I thought it might be very handy. How wrong I was !!! Should I just guess ?? Trade is incomprehensible here. What is FTT ?? Where are the analysis indicators? I do not see!

                        I have made a deposit with Olymp trade for 10$ and when it is not credited I have notified the customer service about it and I have asked can I deposit the money again, for which he answered yeah I can deposit again. As my first transaction was not showing I took the risk and deposited the money again and the same thing repeated with another deposit too. I enquired the bank and they informed me that money has been credited to the company I have transferred. Its been more than 30hrs and their customer representatives are saying to wait for at least 5 days. Does it take 5 days to resolve a complaint ?? this is horrible.

                            As I have already block their advertising notification then after their advertising in oftentimes comes on my display and irritate me and spoil my work

                            It's encounter in between my any running app, sometimes in my lectures, sometimes in my game so that whole screen cover by advertisement and my lectures get disturbed and sometimes I have to reconnect again. This happens many much times in a day.
                            I am using ANDROID DEVICE (Huawei Y9).

Once it is done, please, share this information in a comment section to your complaint with us: your GAID (the Google Advertising ID), the installation date of the Olymp Trade application, and the store that you used to install the Olymp Trade application (whether it is HUAWEI AppGallery or Google Play).
                            2. Can you please list the names of the applications where the Olymp Trade advertising appears?
                            3. Is it only the Olymp Trade advertising that appears on your device? Or have you encountered other similar promotional notifications as well?

                              When I met this broker for the first time I thought it's an ordinary broker which provides trader with various services and it has its own peculiarities. Of course, it has its own features, however I was convinced that this broker also offers forex trading, not only fixed time trading. I hope nobody cheated me, because I'm here only to trade forex actually. Could someone explain me is there any possibility to trade forex or not? Maybe I'm unattentive.

                                I'm really glad that this company has appeared. Olymp Trade gives people the opportunity. Perhaps not every trader can use this opportunity correctly. I saw that it is really hard to become rich in a month. What's happening.?? I don't have time to earn my money!
                                Why deals are closed every minute. The price does not have time to go where I need to! How can I fix this? Are you a Forex scammer and did it on purpose? Answer please!

                                  In my trading career I've met plenty of various brokers and never met similar brokers actually. So, speaking about this broker I've decided that I understood everything quite correctly. Nevertheless, recently I faced some issues which led to unpleasant consequences. One year ago I ceazed to trade for a while and couple of days ago decided to join trading again, however I found out that 10$ disappeared from my deposit. What was that?

                                  I believe I should much more attentive the next time. I've missed the information about downgrade from one type of account to the lowest in case I wouldn't trade at least one month. I guess I had to read the information more properly.

                                  Thank you for contacting us. It is important that we can clear up the information for you in case any uncertainty appears. In the complaint, you are probably referring to the inactivity fee. The company has a right to assess a dormancy fee for a long period of inactivity of a user account. It is applied to the traders who have not made trades on a live account or carried out non-trading operations (withdrawal or deposit activity) for 180 days. Please, note that the $10 fee is charged once a month if your account remains inactive.

                                    When I met this broker for the first time everything was quite clear, I have read all the information about trading with this broker on its website and asked customer support several questions. However, now I have some issues with the status system. I know that there are the main types of account. Recently I upgraded by account to the status Advanced, but couple of days ago I started to trade and noticed that my status now is Starter again. What's going on around there, maybe I've missed some information?

Please, note that each status implies that a user will get certain privileges for 30 days. In this case, the countdown launches from the moment you upgraded to an Advanced status. If a trader does not manage to accumulate enough experience points, achieve a special reward on a “Trader’s Way” or make a certain deposit amount, the account status will be changed.
