Dear team
11 days over but nothing any response from Olymp team. Why you are cheating or fraud with us. I am valuable trader on other trading platforms. If you are doing this type services thn who cares or join Olymp trade platform. I send too much mails and chatting with both on application but nothing response. Please find attachment for transaction proof.
Amount debit from bank account but still not add in olymp trade. Please check or resolve issue under 24hrs.

    I was lured here by my friends. Well, no negative connotation, I just want to say that I did my best to resist this temptation to engage in trading, but they have managed to push the idea that it was a good plan to succeed in a long run.
    So far I have been trading here for like a couple of months and should say that they were right. When I started making profits on the olymp trade platform, there was no limit for delight. Then I was explained emotions control, how to handle overconfidence and other stuff.
    But the matter of my inquiry, so to speak - modes. I wanted to engage in stocks trading cuz I knew that it was the best possible way to diversify risks, but every time I enter the platform I see only forex trading mode and nothing else. Guys, I really want to make a portfolio, gather stocks and get passive income in future, what should I do...

    I guess I just didn't notice how to switch between modes. It was easy and I just had to press a few buttons to switch to the Stocks mode. I realize that I am still beginner trader and I will probably make mistakes in the future. But I promise that now I will be more attentive and will study everything in more detail before making any conclusions. I am sure that this skill will be useful to me not only in managing trading platform but also in trading.

    Thank you for your interest in our platform. We are glad to say that you can build your investment portfolio with our Stock mode. Stocks mode is a trading mode on the Olymp Trade platform. In this mode, you trade instruments for which stock market shares are the underlying asset. The underlying asset is the asset that the traded instrument price is based on. In Stocks mode, the instrument is traded at the price of the selected stock at the time of making a trade.

    One can make two types of trades in this mode – sell and buy. The profit or loss depends on the change in the underlying asset stock price from the moment you buy the instrument until the moment you sell it. However, you may only sell assets that you have previously purchased in Stock mode.

    To access the Stock trading mode, please click on “Asset”. Under the tab “Asset”, there are 3 buttons called Fixed Time, Forex, and Stock. Please choose on Stock

      I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding the significant delay in crediting funds to my live trading account.

      I deposited INR 35, 000 on December 8th and an additional INR 25, 000 on December 9th, making a total of INR 60, 000. However, it has been 10 days since these deposits were made, and my account has not been credited accordingly. I understand that processing times may vary, but the prolonged delay is causing considerable inconvenience.

      I have verified that the deposited amounts have been successfully debited from my bank account, and it appears that the funds have reached your end. Despite this, my live trading account remains uncredited. Each time I reach out for an update, I am informed that additional time is needed to perform checks, without any specific details on the nature or duration of these checks.

      I kindly request an immediate resolution to this matter and an explanation for the prolonged delay. Timely access to my funds is crucial for effective trading, and this delay is adversely affecting my ability to manage my investments.

        I don’t know what to do. On the one hand I like Olymp trade and how they are providing the forex services. I mean the conditions and especially the trading platform.

        But on the other hand I wanted to have the Expert status cus the broker has just recently introduced increased profitability. So 90% is exactly what I was looking for, but I didn’t get it after I deposited my $500 as it was said in the blog.
        I don;t want to think that Olymp tries to cheat people, but…

        I read the status information again and it looks like I wasn't reading carefully. I was close to the truth but confused USD and USDT. In order to get Expert status you need to fund your account with 500 USDT. And it is important that it is a USDT account. Anyway now I have corrected everything and got the status I dreamed of. Great!

        Thank you for your interest in our status. The simplest way is to top up your account with the required amount:

        • Starter — default status, no deposit necessary

        • Advanced — you need to deposit at least $500/€500 or USDT 100 to your USDT account

        • Expert — you need to deposit at least $2000/€2000 or USDT 500 to your USDT account

        You can also upgrade your status by earning experience points (XP), which you can get by making trades on a live account and completing Trader's Way tasks. In your case, you have Advanced status, you will get a higher rate of return o[censored]p to 89% on two assets in Fixed Time mode.

          Some time ago I started learning about trading and investing. I decided that I should start doing it because I found it quite interesting.
          I decided that I wanted to start with investing and started looking for a suitable broker.
          On one of the websites I read that Olymp Trade is perfect for those who want to start investing but have no experience yet.

          So I became a client of this company. After I registered and opened trading account I started to look for how I could start investing on this platform. But I couldn't find anything. As I realized there is trading here. That is, I can open a trade in stocks, for example, in the up or down direction.
          But I wanted to buy stocks and create an investment portfolio.
          It seems that there is no such function here or I have misunderstood something. I would be grateful if someone could help me to understand everything.

          I guess I haven't fully figured out how this platform works. It turns out that I can trade CFD stocks separately and separately invest in stocks. I just need to switch between the modes. To be honest, it's even better than I expected. Thanks to this I feel that I have much more possibilities in trading. Sorry for confusing you with my previous comment.

            I made deposit of overall INR 30000. None of them appeared yet.
            here are the request details :

            Its not a small amount. I'm an Expert user and still nothing got priories. I'm losing the trust on the platform and looks like stolen my money

              I have been told that I could have up to 93% profit here on my trades. well, i am checking everywhere out but cant seem to find it, and the trades that i get correct dont have 93% profitability. i don't know what's the problem, do i have to do something extra or get a certain amount winning trades in a row or use as much leverage as possible. I seriously could not get it, or there is one more possibility which i dont want to believe, its that there is no 93% or anything like that. what do you think thats going on here?

                I think this platform was being all advertised as smooth trading experiences and whatnot. Smooth means fast, right? without a lot of lags, glitches, and other things like that. Well, I tend to disagree. Because I signed up for this platform and opened a real trading account for myself, and it was fine for the first day or two, then it started to lag. by a lot. it does not show the real time prices of assets really quickly, it does not load the charts as quickly, and it does not execute the trades as quickly. I could not understand what might be the problem causing this

                  I am not a professional trader, but still have a kind of experience in trading. I don't trade with the olymp trade broker for years, but I have an experience o couple of months. But, the first month was on the demo, strictly.
                  Now I want to figure out one peculiarity.
                  All you guys are aware of the existence of the marketplace here, yeah? It is supposed to have different strategies, signals and so on. Actually they are, but somewhere in the net, people stated that there are FREE ones. After I decided to check some free strategies, may be to utilize them if they are good enough, I found none, literally. What was that? Either it was a real miscommunication, or the olymp trade broker isn't as true angel as I imagined.

                    When I was searching for a good broker in the market, I have stumbled into many of them. Really, I didn't even know that there are so many brokers out there. Eventually decided to give a try to the Olymp Trade broker, because the company seemed to be very reputable, there are many exclamative reviews, people eagerly shared their feedback and actually I tested it. So far I am trading here for a very small period, I am just adapting.

                    The point of my application is about statuses. I heard guys said that there is a certain trading mode called FTT and special statuses. I was promised to have up to 93% of profitability rate on certain assets, but after I decided to try this trading mode, I found out the rate was waaaay lower. What??? It was a very bad joke guys, if so.

                    Damn, I completely forgot about statuses. I just didn't have an expert status to trade FTT with 93% profitability rate. Sorry guys for blaming you... Now I know that there's a status system which is very impactful in terms of conditions. Quite a peculiar mechanism by the way, props to the broker.

                        Here's my story, guys.
                        Yesterday I opened trading account with this broker and since this is my first trading experience I spent some time studying platform. Moreover, it took me some time to deposit funds into my account.
                        When I was ready to trade it was already night, but nevertheless I decided that I should give it a try despite my tiredness.
                        When I opened the stock trading mode, I saw that trading was blocked. More specifically, I saw a lock.
                        If I understood correctly, I have this type of trading blocked. Today all day long I was looking for information about this on the company's website, but I couldn't find an answer.
                        I would be very happy if someone could tell me what I need to do in order to unblock trading in stock mode.

                        Thank you for sharing your feedback. Regarding your concern, that's a good question. On weekends the stock market is closed. Most of the assets will become available only from Monday. However, you can still trade on cryptocurrencies, Over-The-Counter assets, and Composites.

                          One of the reasons I decided to open an account with Olymp Trade was the offer of a UDST account type. However, I have trouble finding it 😀
                          I filled out the registration form, downloaded the app, and uploaded the necessary documents to get my account verified. So far everything was good. They even approved my account pretty quickly, and I was ready to start trading and deposit my account. And here comes the trouble. I think the platform automatically has chosen the account type, I couldn’t find any list of options to choose the account type and pick the USDT one. So now I have a US dollar currency-based account and don’t know where to find the USDT one. I see there is an option for crypto payment methods, but I wanted a USDT currency-based account type… did I misunderstand something or there is no such option?

                          I dug through the FAQ section and I was able to find the answer to my question. Thanks anyway for the prompt response. Yeah, when you register on the platform, you automatically get trading accounts in several popular currencies, and whatever currency you deposit, automatically will fund that account. So in my case, all I need to do is to deposit USDT and it will fund the UDST currency-based account. Bit different concept from what I have seen before, but pretty simple I must admit.

                            I verified my account about a month ago by uploading all the necessary documents and I received an email that my account is approved and it is ready to be deposited. I had no problems with the deposit, I used a bank card, and the deposited amount showed immediately on my account.
                            Everything was perfect until I decided to withdraw some of my profits.
                            I noticed that they have plenty of payment methods to choose from, and decided this time to use the crypto, or to be more precise USDT.
                            I have enough funds on my account, all my trades are closed and still can’t proceed with the withdrawal.. I keep receiving a message that I need first to confirm my identity for this payment method and deposit to my account to be able to withdraw… I don’t get it.. Why do I need to deposit more money when I already have enough in my account!?

                            Thank you guys for clarifying the issue. I didn’t realize that I had to use the same payment method for withdrawals as I did for deposits. I was sure there must be some misunderstanding on my part. I couldn't believe that the broker wouldn't pay me the money I had earned. 😀

Regarding your question, you can only withdraw funds to your payment method. That means If you have deposited by USDT, a withdrawal should be in USDT.                               I noticed olymp trade broker somewhere in the net because I ran across an advertisement of it. Decided to give it a try, as why not to delve into trading with such a reliable company.
                              I have checked all the licenses, evaluated the website, skimmed through all the sections to understand who I was going to deal with.

                              Then I started to trade on the demo as it's the most important thing to adjust to the platform, to understand its peculiarities. I am neither a novice trader or professional, something average, so I know certain details about trading, thus I utilized demo strictly for the purpose I mentioned.
                              After I decided to replenish the account, I examined available methods and made a deposit. But the broker stated funds are credited without any delays, and I monitor the account and still no funds arrived to it. What is going on?

                                  I came here only because I detected that Olymp Trade broker offered access to a variety of trading modes. Some guys in the internet even spoke about the opportunity to comprise a real investment portfolio due to the help of the separate Stock mode.
                                  When I started working with this broker, I of course tested conventional forex trading, to get convinced of the absence of any troubles connected to deposits, withdrawals, stabiltiy of the platform and order execution and so on. Everything was great, I am thankful to the company for being so modern and claimed i nthe trading community.

                                  However, weird things started appearing once I decided to delve into Stock investments. For no reason, they are not available to me, I look at the chart, try to buy Coca-Cola stocks, but nothing happened, like everything is topped and that's it.
                                  What's that? I was misled about the polyfunctionality of the olymp trade platform or what?

They are interesting and promising trading modes. Regarding your concern, Olymp Trade offers Stock trading mode which shall be accessible in the platform. However, if it's nice available durinf the time you checked it, it might be because the trading schedule of the stocks are closed. You can check it again to verify -- on the weekdays, for example.

                                      I made a decision to trade at olymp trade because it seemed to me like a very modern broker with a lot of cool things to offer to the customers.
                                      For example the market in the platform or continuous trading tournaments.

                                      But one thing that happened to me and I want to know what is going on.
                                      The thing is I opened a deal recently and it was all good, I was net positive. However the next day I found my deal was closed for some undisclosed reason. Even though it was closed with good profit, the profit could be bigger if that wouldn’t happen.
                                      So I am struggling to comprehend what that was. And if I need to worry about Olymp trade.
