    Here's my story, guys.
    Yesterday I opened trading account with this broker and since this is my first trading experience I spent some time studying platform. Moreover, it took me some time to deposit funds into my account.
    When I was ready to trade it was already night, but nevertheless I decided that I should give it a try despite my tiredness.
    When I opened the stock trading mode, I saw that trading was blocked. More specifically, I saw a lock.
    If I understood correctly, I have this type of trading blocked. Today all day long I was looking for information about this on the company's website, but I couldn't find an answer.
    I would be very happy if someone could tell me what I need to do in order to unblock trading in stock mode.

    Oh, damn, I really forgot that stocks are traded within a specifically time period during a day. The market was just closed and that's it. Thank you olymp trade for clarifying this to me, as I am not very experienced in trading, I had to ask someone about it...

    Thank you for sharing your feedback. Regarding your concern, that's a good question. On weekends the stock market is closed. Most of the assets will become available only from Monday. However, you can still trade on cryptocurrencies, Over-The-Counter assets, and Composites.

      One of the reasons I decided to open an account with Olymp Trade was the offer of a UDST account type. However, I have trouble finding it 😀
      I filled out the registration form, downloaded the app, and uploaded the necessary documents to get my account verified. So far everything was good. They even approved my account pretty quickly, and I was ready to start trading and deposit my account. And here comes the trouble. I think the platform automatically has chosen the account type, I couldn’t find any list of options to choose the account type and pick the USDT one. So now I have a US dollar currency-based account and don’t know where to find the USDT one. I see there is an option for crypto payment methods, but I wanted a USDT currency-based account type… did I misunderstand something or there is no such option?

      I dug through the FAQ section and I was able to find the answer to my question. Thanks anyway for the prompt response. Yeah, when you register on the platform, you automatically get trading accounts in several popular currencies, and whatever currency you deposit, automatically will fund that account. So in my case, all I need to do is to deposit USDT and it will fund the UDST currency-based account. Bit different concept from what I have seen before, but pretty simple I must admit.

There would be a list of accounts there. You can add the USDT account to the list by clicking the “+” sign on the top right corner.

        I verified my account about a month ago by uploading all the necessary documents and I received an email that my account is approved and it is ready to be deposited. I had no problems with the deposit, I used a bank card, and the deposited amount showed immediately on my account.
        Everything was perfect until I decided to withdraw some of my profits.
        I noticed that they have plenty of payment methods to choose from, and decided this time to use the crypto, or to be more precise USDT.
        I have enough funds on my account, all my trades are closed and still can’t proceed with the withdrawal.. I keep receiving a message that I need first to confirm my identity for this payment method and deposit to my account to be able to withdraw… I don’t get it.. Why do I need to deposit more money when I already have enough in my account!?

        Thank you guys for clarifying the issue. I didn’t realize that I had to use the same payment method for withdrawals as I did for deposits. I was sure there must be some misunderstanding on my part. I couldn't believe that the broker wouldn't pay me the money I had earned. 😀

That means If you have deposited by USDT, a withdrawal should be in USDT. Please change the withdrawal method to the same deposit method.           I noticed olymp trade broker somewhere in the net because I ran across an advertisement of it. Decided to give it a try, as why not to delve into trading with such a reliable company.
          I have checked all the licenses, evaluated the website, skimmed through all the sections to understand who I was going to deal with.

          Then I started to trade on the demo as it's the most important thing to adjust to the platform, to understand its peculiarities. I am neither a novice trader or professional, something average, so I know certain details about trading, thus I utilized demo strictly for the purpose I mentioned.
          After I decided to replenish the account, I examined available methods and made a deposit. But the broker stated funds are credited without any delays, and I monitor the account and still no funds arrived to it. What is going on?

          I started to search for the answer in the help center and the only thing I needed to do was to reload the page several times. Perhaps there was a delay in credited funds displaying...               I came here only because I detected that Olymp Trade broker offered access to a variety of trading modes. Some guys in the internet even spoke about the opportunity to comprise a real investment portfolio due to the help of the separate Stock mode.
              When I started working with this broker, I of course tested conventional forex trading, to get convinced of the absence of any troubles connected to deposits, withdrawals, stabiltiy of the platform and order execution and so on. Everything was great, I am thankful to the company for being so modern and claimed i nthe trading community.

              However, weird things started appearing once I decided to delve into Stock investments. For no reason, they are not available to me, I look at the chart, try to buy Coca-Cola stocks, but nothing happened, like everything is topped and that's it.
              What's that? I was misled about the polyfunctionality of the olymp trade platform or what?

                  I made a decision to trade at olymp trade because it seemed to me like a very modern broker with a lot of cool things to offer to the customers.
                  For example the market in the platform or continuous trading tournaments.

                  But one thing that happened to me and I want to know what is going on.
                  The thing is I opened a deal recently and it was all good, I was net positive. However the next day I found my deal was closed for some undisclosed reason. Even though it was closed with good profit, the profit could be bigger if that wouldn’t happen.
                  So I am struggling to comprehend what that was. And if I need to worry about Olymp trade.

                    I realize I could have misunderstood something or pressed some wrong button. But I think broker should have warned me about it!
                    The thing is that when I logged into the platform last time on Sunday, none of the assets I checked were available for trading.
                    I checked my trading account balance several times and as far as I understood the account was not blocked. I have not received any messages on my e-mail.
                    I should also clarify that my account is registered and I have passed the verification procedure.
                    I have checked all the settings and set default settings. But unfortunately it didn't help.
                    I can't understand what this problem is related to.

                    I just realized that I was checking the markets on Sunday. Sunday, most of the markets available on Olymp Trade are closed. But funny enough, on the platform, there are still several trades that I can make during the weekend.

                      I have spent significant time on the platform trading and so far it has been alright. The platform is stable and quite fun to trade on honestly. I keep finding new things... features and tools on the platform.
                      However, the platform seems to have its leverage locked in. You know how other traders ask you what leverage you want to use when you are opening a trading account? This broker doesn't do that. They just assign a leverage for you as they wish. I have searched for where the leverage is but I cannot find it.

The multiplier value shows how many times the total trade volume will increase. Indeed, you can find multiplier values right next to the amount when making a trade, making it much easier for you when conducting your trades.

                        I can call myself a regular on this trading platform, because I trade here daily, hone my skills, and I am found of so-called versatile development. I don't focus strictly on short-term trading, sometimes, I don't mind to buy some stocks for holding them for a long period, preliminary conducting proper fundamental analysis, gauging company's performance within a certain timeline and so on.
                        But, the matter of my request implies a bit different thing. As I am quite an advanced trader, I decided to delve into creating my own strategies, as I am aware of the opportunity to get yield for selling strategies via the market.
                        Recently I made my first strategy and sent it for reviewing. There's a kind of assessement of my strategy before final release.
                        However, it was declined... I have read all the rules about how to create a good strategy to have a chance for it to be released seamlessly, but I have no idea what has happened... Olymp trade doesn't want to work with me? 🥺

                        1. The name or description of the strategy wasn’t written in English or doesn’t reflect the essence of the strategy.
                        2. Screenshots of the strategy are too low quality or do not reflect the essence of the strategy.
                        3. The title, description or screenshots contain advertising content that isn’t related to the strategy.
                        4. The title, description or screenshots contain explicit or illegal content, or a guarantee of earnings.

                        If your strategy was rejected, you can find the specific reason in the strategy review email that was sent to you. You still have the opportunity to fix the issues and resubmit it for review.

                          Some time ago, I was often looking for something useful on various forums or blogs and social networks. Of course I was looking for something useful about trading.
                          And one day I read that Olymp Trade provides its clients with a large education section. At that time I was just deciding to open account with this company, but I had doubts about whether this broker would be suitable for a beginner like me.
                          I opened trading account but nowhere on the company's website I couldn't find education section. I started looking for information about it on internet but only read that they had recently updated their website.
                          It seems to me that after the update they removed education from their site. That's too bad.

                          I should be more careful and check everything twice before writing negative reviews. I hope those who read my comment didn't make any conclusions, because I was wrong in it. Broker still has section with educational materials. It is just located in the HELP menu. There is a Help Center section where the education is located. For some reason I thought that this section was all about customer support and didn't check.

                            Started trading here for a couple of weeks ago, and basically believe that Olymp Trade, in many regards, is an appropriate company, like both from the point of its reliability, and from the point of offered trading conditions.
                            Since then, I experienced no hardships whatsoever, and even if they arise, I redirect them to the custom support. These guys rescue for real.

                            But, back to the matter of the inquiry. I noticed here such a thing called risk-free trades, like you can get a refund from the wrong forecast, if the position didn't work out. I have a starter account, so I have access to this feature, but when I have closed the position in the forex mode with a loss, I couldn't activate this thing. What has happened?

                            I guess I should pay more attention to something written on the website, cuz I have really missed crucial info that the risk-free trades function is inherent to the fixed time trading mode only.                             Thank you for your trust. It means so much when our traders share their experiences. We are glad to confirm that we do offer risk-free trades in Olymp Trade. Risk-free trade is a tool that safeguards your money in case of an incorrect forecast. If you open a deal with a risk-free trade and your forecast ends up incorrect, the trade amount will be returned to your account.

                            If you have a risk-free trade, you can activate it and open trade within a specified amount. In the case of a negative result, you will not lose the trade amount.

                            For example, the risk-free trade amount is 100 USD. It means that after you activate the risk-free trade, you may open a trade that does not exceed 100 USD. In case of an unsuccessful trade, you do not lose that 100 USD, you get this amount back. You may activate the trade amount which is less than the risk-free trade limit. Example: The risk-free trade limit is 100 USD. You have activated the risk-free trade but entered 80 USD as the "trade amount". In case of an unsuccessful trade, we will return 80 USD to your account. However, the whole 100 USD risk-free trade will be consumed.

                            Please be informed that a risk-free trade doesn't work with a pending order. If you activate a risk-free trade and then, create a pending order, when the deal is activated, it will be executed as a normal deal without risk-free protection.

                              I was told that the broker has different account types for traders. Not like the demo account and the live account, but real trading accounts. Just like other brokers do that you can pay more for an account with better trading conditions and stuff like that. Right now, the profitability that I have while trading FTT is not what I expected to be frank, and it is not nice. I should be mad at the person that recommended the broker to me and got me hyped up about the trading experience here.

                              It seems that I jumped to conclusions and wrote the previous comment without fully studying all conditions. Person who recommended me this broker didn't cheat me, I just didn't notice system that company offers to customers because of my inattention. Now I have studied it in detail and set goals for the near future.

                                I have kicked off in the trading sphere with this broker long time ago. Sincerely, I don't even know what was the year when I commenced. Nevermind.

                                The point is that trading here was full of pleasure for me and I remember how I quickly signed up and verified my identity on the platform. I got down to business like within a day or something and since those times I have never had any questions about the platform, because their Help Center is full of crucial information.

                                Nevertheless, recently, I encountered a kind of glitch or how it's called. I decided to switch payment methods, and the platform requested an account verification. Idk, maybe the system thought like I signed up for the first time but it was kinda confusing. So, I have no idea what was that and what I'm supposed to do.

Got blind, probably... Thank you olymp trade team for hinting me about reverification of the account whenever I wanna use new payment method for depositing funds.                                   I have been trading with a USD account for a while and I made a couple of withdrawals already. However, as a payment method, I use crypto, specifically USDT. Recently I discovered that with Olymp Trade it is possible to have a USDT-based account. That would work much better for me since anyway I am transferring funds in USDT.
                                  Is it possible to switch the account type from USD to USDT or do I need to close it and open a new one? But what will happen with the funds already deposited in the USD account?

                                  I was sure that there must be a way, but I didn't know that it might be this simple as it is everything else on the Olymp Trade platform. I was afraid that I needed to withdraw the funds from the USD account to my crypto wallet and then deposit them again in the new account. In reality, I needed to just transfer them from one account to another, which happened to be lightning-fast without paying some extra fees. Great. Now I am all set up 😀

Plenty of other traders also find this useful. To do so, you can just click the accounts section at the upper right portion of your screen if you're trading on a computer. There, you can see a plus sign to add an account. Just follow the directions so you can create a USDT account. You can also do this through the app.

                                    I registered at olymp trade fairly quickly. It was much faster than at any other forex broker that I traded before. And the client support was helpful along the way.
                                    So I uploaded the required documents, deposited money and immediately started trading on the fixed time trading mode.
                                    Thanks to the proper analysis and maybe some luck I managed to increase my deposit by a big margin. In this case I decided to withdraw the part of the profits just to return back some of my findings. I do that usually to have more peace of mind.

                                    But the problem is that I couldn’t do it. Although I use the same payment method, the withdrawal request wasn’t fulfilled for some undisclosed reason.

                                      I spent a while trading forex here and it was time for me to start something new.
                                      I always wanted to trade stocks and finally I gained this opportunity at Olymp trade.
                                      But the problem is that I can’t go short on stocks unlike forex for example. And it reduces my trading opportunities dramatically.
                                      Plus unlike forex or FTT I can’t trade stocks 24/7 for some reason, whereas I saw other forex brokers provide stocks trading round the clock all the time.
                                      It’s pretty frustrating cuz I like the broker in general.

                                      Okay, I can’t be more dumb than that. Olymp trade offers a full scale stock investing where you only can go long. And of course I can’t buy shares all the time. Stock exchanges have their working hours too.

                                        Been working with these guys for a couple of months, coming here as a complete newbie, nowadays I notice some results of my prolific trading. Mainly, I'm thankful to the company for their commitment to educating newcomers.
                                        But, the point of my message is a bit different. Let alone all praises to the olymp trade and focus on something I have run across recently.

                                        I decided to clean my PC and reinstall windows so I was forced to download the broker's platform once again. Okay, it was downloaded quickly, without any hassle. However, while inserting my credentials, the platform doesn't let me in. It continued stating that something went wrong, check your credentials once again, maybe there was a mistake. But I have written down the password on paper which is always by my hands. So, since then (it was a couple of days ago), I don't know what to do, as I wanna trade, but can't.
