Why are there paid signals in the Market section? How are they different from Insights? I don't understand. There are free recommendations for Olymp Trade clients. They include a detailed description of what happens to an asset. There is also a predictable direction of movement. It's technical analysis. Why should I pay extra for a subscription to trading signals? I don't see any benefits. What is the point of such an add-on in the Market section?

Oh, I get it. There's a lot more information in those signals. Basically, it's even good that clients have a choice. You can take simpler, free information. Or you can use more complex analytics and get trading signals.

Thank you for contacting us. Trading Signals placed in the Market are real-time trading signals from the company's analysts. Access to daily tips from our experts can be acquired in the market by paying for a subscription or via updating an account to an Expert Status.

The Insights section indeed provides access to free recommendations that every trader can use to conduct a thorough fundamental analysis. Concerning fundamental analysis tips, the forecast of price behavior in Insights is more general. As a rule, a longer forecast period is implied, which reduces its accuracy. Insights do not contain suggestions, which forecast is most suitable for a particular trading mode. This section is mainly about a possible price movement.

Also, the Insights section does not include technical analysis tips, which is why we advise combining Trading Signals and Insights to make balanced trading decisions. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need any additional information.

    I wanted and didn't want to trade at the same time.
    Well, more precisely, I really wanted to try, but I was very afraid of losing.
    Sure enough I lost my first money.
    I didn't want to study the market at all, I just hoped that I could guess or that I could just make money on some primitive data, but of course I didn't succeed.
    Thanks to the managers of this broker and constant reviews with time I still understood at least the basic concepts.
    Now I am a profitable trader.
    I didn't understand what these risk-free trades were for.
    It's just some kind of gambling.
    I don't think it really does anybody any good.

      I generally appreciate your trading platform. It’s really good. I find it very functional. So, I have managed to find nearly all the necessary features available in Metatraders. By the way, I don’t use the entire functionality of Metatraders because it’s excessive for me. In terms o[censored]ser-friendliness, your web platform is very pleasant to use.
      Nevertheless, there’s something that disappoints me. I haven’t found linear regression in the list of indicators of this platform. Am I wrong? Perhaps, it’s only available in Metatraders. Make it clear, please.

      I think that when I was writing that complaint I didn’t think well about it. I think that nothing prevents me from using linear regression on Metatrader also offered by your company.

        Why can't I buy a subscription to Market with my bonus funds in Olymp Trade? I have already got them at my disposal. Why can't I use the bonus funds in a way that is beneficial to me? After all, it is also an investment in my trading.
        I don't think it's fair. Because I need specific tools to improve my trading results. They are all available in the Market by Olymp Trade. But I can buy them only with my own money or for achievements in Loyalty Program. Why can't I use my bonuses for that?

        Oh, I didn't see that using bonus funds in the Market section was prohibited in Olymp Trade. I thought I could use them as I saw fit. Anyway, now I have even more incentive to reach the next Loyalty Program level. Because I'll get more benefits from the Market at the next level of Trader's Way.

          Despite the fact that today there are a huge number of brokerage companies, I have personally seen that most of them do not meet modern requirements and can not provide a working environment for clients at all.
          And on the whole I am satisfied with olymp trade's conditions because they managed to combine comfortable conditions for newbies with the best ones for the experienced traders (risk-free trades, advanced analytics tools, etc.).
          But I don't understand why they added MT4. There is MT5 now. Why did they make such a choice? I don't understand.

          We have considered multiple factors before making a choice to support the Olymp Trade MetaTrader 4. Despite the fact that the MT5 is a newer version of the platform, its functionality is more controversial (for example, aggregated lots have been replaced with individual ones). Also, the number o[censored]sers of the MT4 platform is considerably higher in comparison with the MT5. Olymp Trade MT4 is still an up-to-date platform with a vast range of available instruments.               I deposited $10 through my upi but never received any money in my olymp account. It got deducted from bank account but never reached my olymp account.
              Such a bad experience with this type of platform . Refund me my money.

                    Hello, I'm sorry for writing there but I have joint account problem. I recently joined Olymp Trade, but support warned me that I can't use account with other person combined. I don't know what to do, as I have team of traders and we trade from one account. I don't want to get banned, but is there any way to avoid ban?

                      Why are there only 3 color schemes in the Olymp Trade platform? For me, for example, I'm more comfortable with a more personal setup. Otherwise, it's hard for me to navigate the chart. I want to choose the candlesticks' color on the charts myself and set a suitable background for them. And I'm limited to the color schemes that are available by default. How can I customize the chart more appropriately? I want to have more freedom in this case.

                      I have recently looked up trading platforms of other brokers and suddenly concluded that Olymp’s product is really good in terms of customization. I saw many custom platforms that are much worse in this regard. What’s more, I have already got used to the color schemes in the Olymp web platform.

                        Trading with my wife one account pls help

                        I have a problem with trading one account with my wife. Can you help me? The problem is that we don't want to create two differernt accounts and we want to trade one account. As I understand, that's prohibited by the Olymp Trade rules.
                        Can you help me how to resolve the issue? I haven't find an answer in Olymp Trade FAQ. I want to avoid ban and trade one account with my wife, hope Olymp Trade has such opportunity....

                          Why do different assets have different percentages of return at the Olymp Trade FTT platform? For example, at one time, the GBP/JPY has shown 50%, and the EUR/USD 82%. What is the point here?
                          I think it's not fair and objective. Yes, at Olymp Trade, there is an opportunity to get more than 90% profitability in some assets. But why isn't there a one percent return for all assets? Are there any fundamental reasons for that fact?

                          Later I thought once again about that percentage of return for different assets and I came to a conclusion that it’s not a problem. I can simply choose assets with a higher return to strive to upgrade to a higher status.

                          Thank you for taking the time to leave a question. The percentage of profit depends on multiple factors: liquidity, the news background, and the changes also occur on the threshold of the news release. At night, the profit is usually lower, because during this period the market is more unbalanced, and the money supply involved in the turnover is much smaller, as is the total number of traders. All these factors affect the percentage of return for assets.

                            Why don't you provide a copy-trading opportunity in Olymp Trade? I registered a few months ago. At first, I was completely inexperienced. But then I gained some knowledge and learned an interesting thing on the forum. Many traders in other companies earn by copying trades. And they do it without any experience. It turns out that I have no such opportunity in Olymp Trade. I have to learn to trade on my own?

                            I first thought that the absence of sync-trading is a serious downside of this broker. Later I thought about it once again and came to a conclusion that the whole uniqueness of this broker is not about copying trades. It’s all about manual fixed-time and Forex trading on one platform. So, I will continue practicing manual trading with this broker.

Indeed, the copy trading strategy is prohibited on the Olymp Trade platform. It is a controversial matter as copy trading can cause a downturn to an incentive of doing their own research and learning about the markets for traders.                               I'm not novice trader, but I've been trading with Olymp Trade not so long. maybe a few weeks. At first I decided to trade on the broker's own platform because I like how well it is optimized. But on some forex forum I found an article with the advantages of MT4 trading platform. So I wanted to try trading on it. But I don't fully understand, will I have to create a new account now? Because I don't see any other options. Olymp Trade didn't do a very good job in this point imo :

The Olymp Trade MT4 is a separate platform with its personal settings, own benefits, and individual interface. Olymp Trade broker allows the opportunity to trade on both platforms: Olymp Trade MT4 and Olymp Trade Forex & FTT. This leads to a necessity to use different accounts. To access MT4, you will need to open https://metatrader.olymptrade.com/ and authorize with your existing account. Then, you will need to select the currency of the trading account and choose the account type: Standard or ECN. Afterward, you will need to create a secure password and click "Open Account". After you create an account, you will receive all the necessary data for the MT4 login terminal.

                                I'm totally new in trading, and I just recently stopped trading on demo and opened a real account (yay me!). As far as I know, Olymp Trade used to have account types, and you could open your preferred account type. But I didn't have a choice of account and now it says that I have "Starter status". I'm not entirely sure what that means, but I don't want to get into any trouble before I start my trading. Did I do something wrong or did I accidentally open a wrong Olymp Trade account?? Pls help

Olymp Trade statuses are a customer loyalty program, a status can not be set up during the registration process. All new accounts created on the Olymp Trade platform receive a basic status, which is called "Starter". A trader can reach a higher status via active trading and completing the tasks in a Trader's way or by depositing an account with a particular amount. Advanced and Expert statuses allow traders to get additional privileges. You can find more information regarding our Status system in the FAQ section of our website.

                                  Why don't I see high-returns trades?

                                  Why don't I see trades with 90% return in my Olymp Trade terminal? I mean the FTT platform now.

                                  Problems with switching to MT4

                                  I created my Olymp Trade account and want to trade with MT4, but there's only WebTrader now, so I can't get access to my MT4 now, there's only WebTrader. Can someone help me with this issue and explain how I can get access to MT4 trading?
                                  I think MT4 is the best platform to trade ever, so I want to trade with it, but its unavailable for me. Don't understand what's the problem, but hope it can be resolved. Help me, Olymp trade....

                                  Depost failure resolution delay

                                  I made a deposit of 1000$ on 18th of Dec.
                                  But funds didn't got credited into my account.
                                  I raised the ticket in 19th Dec.
                                  Today already more than 20 days got completed since I made the deposit but I didn't not fund credited into my account.
                                  I mailed them on each and every mail id they provided to me.
                                  I call them around 40 50 times but no action is taken.
                                  Funds got debited from my account within seconds...
