I recently opened an account with Olymp Trade. So far so good, I have traded on the MT4 trading platform. But as far as I know, a brokerage also has its own trading platform, and judging by the reviews it's quite good. But for some reason I can't trade on it, I can't switchrom MT4. Is there any way I can do that, maybe there is some kind of instruction? Or should I open a separate account for another trading platform? Because it wouldn't...

Hi on 22 September i tried to update my live account on olymp trade with 10$ but my account on OLYMP TRADE didn't recieve the money but got deducted from my bank account so i contacted them about my payment they told me to wait for 7 days so after 7 days they told me that they didn't recieve the money and to contact my bank so I contacted my bank on 3 oct they told me to wait 7 days so i waited after 12 days they ttold that my payment was...

First two tries I didn't have enough money in my bank so I refilled and tried again
And in my upi id it said paid bot when I went back to olymp trade it said an error occured and I didn't get the money Please help the money is deducted from my account but I didn't get on olymp trade...

In fact, I've been working with the company long enough to learn about all pros and cons.
I use demos and try different strategies, because I like something new, and the market is developing fast enough to focus on the same approaches.

the withdrawal amount has been deducted from my my trading account balance yesterday only, but it is not credited into my upi account till now.

And the amount is not yet credited to my live trading account. I dont know what happened to my money.
I am frequently contacting with them on both emails and phone calls. But every time they says that their financial team in working on the task and wait more. They gives me the same reply for the last 13 days. I dont know what to do next, but i will surely warn all my friends and relatives...

On 5th July 2020 $60 USD was withdrawn from my Olymp trade account which has not yet been credited to my account sofar.
And I'm calling your customer service again and again but they don't give status regarding the transaction. And this thing happens from past 3 months.
I'm waiting for past 3 months and I just want my money back.

Every time i trade in my last 1year trading every 80% of my trade lost in last second the graph will not show proper and most common is in last second they change the trade.

It seems like olymp trade wasn`t prepared for 6 years celebration which is now. There are only new design, the article in blog and color theme in the platform now. The main theme of celebration is «inspire» and continuous improvement. Of course, the inspiration is good and the new theme is also cool. But, i think, clients would like to get more useful presents. I started trading with olymp trade, so i will always respect this broker. However, there are things i can't understand and don't allow me to maximize my trading profits. I am talking about how you understand automated trading. I have traded a few times and have not had nay difficulty in withdrawing money to my account. However, last time when I withdrew the money, only 5 dollars got credited into my account out of the 15 dollars i should be receiving as per payout Request no.[protected].

Why is there no 1-minute time frame in the fixed time desktop platform? I see only 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour and so on to 1 month. But one that i need does not exist. Why?

I am deposited $30 in olymp trade wallet and tried to trade and after getting loss, i have left with $26 and trying to withdraw the amount ($26).

However olymp trade does plays with me.

They keep on saying it will be deductde to my source account from where it was deposited. But after requesting them, they said my bank is rejected the payment. However my bank claims that they didn't reject...

I like that Olymp Trade has recently added the MT4 platform to its functionality. I liked the broker's own trading platform, but it's cool when you have a choice.
And by the way, that's where I got the problem. As far as I uderstand Olymp Trade clients should choose one platform and trade on it? Because personally I can't choose another platform, only one. If I work on MT4, for example, then I can't go back to the old brokerage platform?...

Olymp Trade not allow to trade. Always says your time expire and you trade maximum number of trade.

This is the biggest barrier and not allow to trade. Talk to customer care no use. Please do not go with this website. It will not entertain to trade....
