As an Olymp Trade customer, I would like to see more assets to trade on platforms. Please tell me, when are you going to expand the list of assets? I appreciate the fact that now the assets are chosen very reasonably. There are many promising companies' stocks. There are ones that experts often talk about.
There are also cryptocurrencies on the platforms. And they are not limited to Bitcoin only.
But for me, it is essential when a broker continuously improves its trading conditions. And improvement is impossible without expanding the list of assets. So I would like to get a comment from the company's representatives about this issue.

I was driven by emotions when I was complaining about a limited list of financial instruments. Later I calmed down and revised my approach to trading. It turned out that the existing list isn’t so bad. The main thing is to trade them rationally and it especially applies to cryptos that are aggressively growing now.

    Sir, I made a deposit with my Skrill account, but I can't make withdrawal to my credit card. I just have an option to withdraw money to my Skrill account, but I want to use credit card for this purpose.
    Sir, can you help me with my issue as I need money now? Please, I would be very gratefull.

    Thank you for letting us know about your issue. The payment can be only withdrawn by the same method that you used to make a deposit. You can add another payment method by depositing your account. This way, if you want to return the deposited amount, it will be proportionally distributed and sent out to these sources. It doesn't apply to profits, they can be withdrawn to any payment method without any restrictions.

      I greet all of you.
      I'm significantly perturbed by one thing in the work of Olymp Trade. Not so long ago, the company added the possibility to trade on the MT4 platform. But the minimum deposit for trading in this platform has increased significantly! What causes it?
      I chose Olymp Trade precisely because of the very affordable minimum deposit. And now it turns out that to test trading on MT4, I need to make a much larger deposit. I demand an explanation!

      First I thought that the deposit for MT4 was greatly increased, but after a while I pondered over it and came to a conclusion that it’s still affordable for me, while it’s much easier to earn with this depo than with a smaller one.

      Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. During the registration process, every trader chooses the preferable account type: Standard or ECN. There are different minimum deposit amounts depending on the account type. The minimum deposit for a Standard account is $10 / €10 (the sum can vary depending on a particular country). To test trading on MT4, you can create this trading account and still use low deposit amounts.

      The minimum deposit for an ECN account is $200. This is one of the lowest bars on the market for such an account type. The ECN offers a tight spread (starting from zero points) and very small commissions for opening a trade. These conditions are suitable for professional traders as this account type offers a tight spread (starting from zero points) and small commissions for opening a trade.

        Olymp Trade, can you explain why I can't choose a leverage of more than 1:500 in the platform? It's my deposit and my money. Why can't I use it as I see fit?
        Yes, I have a little deposit. Not all traders are millionaires. And sometimes, your customers can't deposit a few thousand dollars into the account at once. But I know that my friends with the same deposit amount earn much more if they use 1:1000 or even 1:2000 leverage. Why can't I choose it? Please add such an opportunity!

Your opinion matters to us, we will take into consideration your comment regarding adding new leverage options. For now, the maximum leverage on the Olymp Trade platform is 1:500. The 1:000 or 1:2000 leverage is not introduced as it will bring high-risk exposures as it amplifies not only the profit but also a possible loss.

          Hi there. I would like to draw the attention of Olymp Trade to the unfairness that I have encountered. Everyone knows that on New Year's and Christmas holidays, the market can experience sharp price movements. And I generally try not to trade until at least January 15.
          And then I came to the Olymp Trade platform today just by chance. And there is an announcement that from December 31, 2020, until January 8, 2021, the company is offering a promotion.
          Every trader who makes a deposit during this period gets a 30% bonus on deposit. Please tell me who this is intended for? If I logged into the terminal on the 15th, I would have missed this opportunity.
          I think you should not make such short promotions and even during the holiday period. This is not fair to many customers who are on vacation or even not at home.

          I guess I shouldn’t have worried about that missed bonus opportunity. I thought a lot about it and decided that the company will come up with many such actions in the future and I will certainly make advantage of many of them. I would better focus on new fixed-time strategies.

            A year ago Olymp Trade launched MT4, I thought that could be next step for me and for my trading at all. Actually, MT4 is really powerfull platform and I was highly interested in trying it. Well, MT4 itself is trully powerfull platform and I think it can boost performance for any techical trader. However, it turned out that Olymp Trade webtrader and MT4 aren't synced. Should it work this way or that's an error? I thought that's error, but it isn't fixed yet. So what is that?

            Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. Do not worry, this is not an error. MetaTrader 4 is a separate trading platform with its own advantages and different interface. Olymp Trade broker makes trading with the MT4 platform available to its users. Also, Forex mode is already presented on the Olymp Trade platform, which excludes the possibility to merge the platforms. We give our traders the opportunity to trade on both: Olymp Trade Forex and FTT, and Olymp Trade MT4. These platforms are equally supported, which gives our traders more freedom and access to the diversity of tools.

              I have been scammed by Olymptrade, I had deposited 10 dollars, after some days I wanted to withdraw the money, now it's close to 2 months and my money is yet to be refunded. When I complain I get a message saying that the concerned department is looking into it. If the concerned department takes so long to solve the issue, just fire them.
              I'm not at all happy with the dealings of Olymptrade and to top it off they brag saying they got a certificate from a financial company. I don't know what type of finance company is this? Maybe Olymptrade bribed.

However, our support team can assist you by creating a task for our finance team if 36 hours have passed from the moment of deposit but funds did not reflect in your live account.                   In general, I am very pleased with the terms of cooperation with this company, because here I have understood what the real market is and what opportunities it gives in everyday life. But I can definitely say that the availability of demo and quality educational materials allows me to act thoughtfully and safely.
                  But I don't understand why this broker gives out bonuses so thoughtlessly. It doesn't organize traders, but rather relaxes them under any circumstances. I think it would be much more correct if bonuses were given only to big market participants - what do you think about that?

                    I generally appreciate the functionality of your web terminal. I’m still trying this product in a demo mode. I should confess that I haven’t had any issues with using because everything is built on a very straightforward and intuitive principle.
                    However, despite the whole attractiveness and usability of the platform’s layout, I have managed to spot one issue. Well, I came to your platform from Metatraders and respectively I got used to seeing timeframes in the upper part of the user interface. In this case, it’s at the bottom and I need to cycle through timeframes instead of instantly clicking on the required on as I do in Metatraders. Can I customize this menu a bit, moving the timeframe switch to the top?

                        One day (on 27th September 2019) I saw an advertisement (web banner) appearing in to a web page. I clicked on that advertisement. Women in that advertisement was claiming that she earned quite huge amount by trading with Olymp trade. Believing on this advertisement I registered myself with Olymp Trade.                         It seems to me that every person who finds themselves in the OT experiences quite positive emotions.
                        Because there are great trading platforms that really help you understand what's going on in the market and that give you access to a huge number of assets and instruments.
                        But there is a very weak concentration on services for professional market participants. I would like to get something more impressive so that I can implement more sophisticated strategies - that's what will give me new opportunities.

                          In general, I can say that this broker provides ample opportunities for personal work of traders. You get access to a lot of settings and different data, which can be used for detailed market analysis.
                          But it's definitely lacking some kind of passive format, so that I can earn even when I can't be on the platform and I can't give my full attention to trading. Maybe the company should think about that in the near future. It could attract the attention of new clients.

                          We understand your desire to save time and let off the control to earn money passively. But we do not allow using automated trading on the Olymp Trade Forex and FTT. There is always a risk of potential technology failures, which brings the necessity to monitor any automated system by a professional trader with comprehensive knowledge and extensive trading experience.

                          However, you can use Expert Advisors on the Olymp Trade MetaTrader 4. To use the trade Advisor in an MT4 terminal, you will need to download and unzip your Advisor.

                          1. To install it, open the trading terminal, hover over to “File” and choose the “Open data catalog” directory. In the window that emerges, open the “MQL4” folder, and then the “Experts” folder.
                          2. Then, open the advisor where you downloaded it, and then drag its contents to the “Experts” folder in your trade terminal.
                          3. Relaunch the trading terminal. Afterward, in the upper bar, click on the “View” icon and select the “Navigator” folder.
                          4. In the left-hand tab, click on the plus symbol next to the “Expert Advisors” item. A list of advisors will appear, including the one that you have loaded. Drag it on to the chart using the mouse. In the window that pops up, select the settings for the Advisor.

                          After all these steps, the EA should be successfully installed and ready. Please, do ask questions if they occur.

                            For a week of working on your web-platform, I have greatly enriched my knowledge of trading. For example, before my acquaintance with Olymp Trade, I knew nothing about fixed-time trading. Now I know more than enough about it.
                            Compared to Metatrader 4 and Metatrader 5, this web-platform is much easier to use. Everything is very intuitive. It’s like using a smartphone.
                            However, I have a question. I have failed to spot Fractals on your platform. I need this indicator to build my resistance and support levels. Maybe I have just overlooked it. Does your web platform have this indicator?

                            I found out that Metatrader 4 available for download on your site already comes with Fractals that I need so much. So, I will take advantage of it right now.                               When I chose this brokerage company, I definitely noticed that there are almost limitless opportunities for continuous learning here. And of course that was an attractive detail for me.
                              But I definitely counted on more help from the managers. Because my analyst contacts me quite often and we talk about strategies, analyze my work, etc. But I would have liked to get some deals. That would have been a real help to date. And would have been able to make big profits. That's what I was interested in. It's hard for me to act in the market on my own.

                              I understand that this company focuses traders on independence and effective work in the market. It's just that sometimes it can be quite difficult. And I would just like to see a more substantial amount in my account. But I believe everything will be all right. I ended up in good company.

                                On different trading platforms or websites that display the quotes, quotations may differ into several points. This happens due to different suppliers of quotes and using a different way of pricing. Nevertheless, the tendency of price behavior on the charts of different trading platforms should not diverge drastically. If you want to check the quotes at a particular point in time, use the Quotes History service, it is available to all authorized Olymp Trade users in the Quotes section of the side menu on the website: https://olymptrade.com/cabinet#tab=rates

                                  I should say that I have a four-year trading experience, so I have grounds to criticize any trading platform. I’ve been testing your web platform for two weeks. Well, at first sight everything is Ok. Despite its functionality is certainly inferior to what I see in a number of proven platforms such as cTrader or Metatraders, but in most cases, it’s enough for relatively simple strategies. However, I don’t see a linear regression channel here. It’s important for my channel trading? Is it really missing?

                                  I have forgotten that Metatrader 4 already comes with this useful tool. I was afraid that I had to trade without it. Of course, I will follow your advice and continue using MT4 with the linear regression channel indicator. Sorry for bothering you in vain.

You can find the regression channel on the Olymp Trade MT4 platform. You need to log in to our account, then push the "Insert" button at the top tab.
