I've been trading at olymp for quite a long time and i'm completely satisfied with this cooperation, because it was here that i really managed to reach my potential, which before was just wasted. I like the fact that there are a lot of indicators and other instruments, which can be safely used in everyday trading. This is a good solution, taking into account that everyone can only count on their own strength. So, yes, i am satisfied, but there is a question - who knows why the status of a vip is counted with such a small amount, because everywhere you have to invest tens of thousands, and it's easier here somehow.

Well, in general yes, the claim was for nothing, in fact I hadn't thought before that olymp cooperates with different countries and different financial situations, so the VIP status here is quite accessible. In general, it's nice to know that almost everyone can become a VIP and get an amazing service from the company...

Hi there!

Recently we've improved the system and now we have different trading statuses.

If you have made at least one deposit on the platform, your account obtains the status Starter. If you have replenished your account for more than $ 500, the account's status becomes Advanced. If you have deposited more than $ 2000, you receive an Expert status (this is also the new name of our usual VIP status).

    On fpa it was written that olymp trade is regulated by finacom, but there's no regulation info about website. When i launch olymptrade.com, there's nothing, only trading platform and i didn't find any info about brokerage regulations, no single word about finacom. I tried trading with olymp trade and really enjoyed it, but no regulations is so disappointingly, really. I thought i can trust this brokerage, but no! All trusted websites write that olymp trade has strong finacom regulation and olymp trade has no info about, only trading platform!

    There's another tab on Olymp Trade website with info about brokerage and I found official info about Finacom, even a document. Okey, now I can trust Olymp Trade even more!

      I made first time withdrawal and there were written that withdrawal is performed within 24 hours! There's already 38 hours that i waited for it, but i don't get them still! How much i should wait to get my money? I don't know why this happens and what i should to think! I feel myself like as i never receive my money and i'm so stressed out! Thanks for broken promises...

      Money already came, sorry, it takes 3 days, I was contacted by Olymp Trade support and they explained me that withdrawal depends on bank system, as it should proceed my payment!

      Actually, 24 hours is an average process time. Withdrawals are carried out within 1-5 working days. You can always check your withhdrawl status in your dashboard or via or support team. Have a successful trading!

        In olymp trade info it was said that there is economic calendar, that contains info about all economic events so i can check them fast. I registered there and already made significant deposit and what i see? Look in the attached screenshot? Is it all events? No! That's only events in brazil? Why i need brazilian news? I need indian, us and japan but there are no such news, so i still need to use another economic calendar from another website. Okey, that's not hard for me, but why u lie in your info that i can use your economic calendar with a lot of info?

        Coming again to deliver what I've found. If in short - there's a list of countries and you can choose these one, you want to see news for. Okay, I admit, that was my fault... I, somehow, choose Brazil only and got disoriented cause of this. Olymp trade, please, accept my deepest apologies, I shouldn't call you a liers, but, i hope, traders will understand me... Trading, I'm getting nervous and so on...

          Nice broker with no metatrader trading platform, i registered there, but there's no metatrader lol! Some kind of their own platform and it's impossible to trade and i should withdraw my money now or what?! I read so much positive reviews about this brokerage and now discovered there's no metatrader! What can i do? Just withdraw my money and find another brokerage? I like olymp trade, by trading conditions it's one of the best, but i simply can't trade with no metatrader!

          No problems, pardon me! Maybe I was blind, there is Metatrader and people can choose platform they like the most. I'll already downloaded Metatrader and it works! It's cool, I never see brokerage that offers two platforms to choose before. Love, calm and trade guys!

          Hello there!

          Don't worry, we'll guide you through.

          To access MT4, you will need to receive a login, create a password and download the terminal installation file. To do it:
          • Go to metatrader.olymp trade.com,
          • Log in using your Olymp Trade account, and sign up if you have not registered on the platform before.
          • Select the currency of the trading account, create a password and click "Open Account".

          If everything goes well, you will receive the necessary data to use the MT4.

          Download the terminal file for Windows or macOS, and install the program. If you want to enter the web version, click Web. Mobile apps are available via direct links on the App Store and Google Play.

          If you use application, open it and select "New Account", then "Connect an existing account", and then enter the server name in the search box—OlympTrade-Live. Then you need to enter a username, a password and click "Login".

          If you're going to trade on PC, after launching the terminal, you will see a window where you will need to select the trading server. Select OlympTrade-Live if you want to log in to your live account. If you want to trade in demo mode, select Olymp-Trade-Demo. Then click "Next." Select "Existing trade account". Enter the MetaTrader 4 login and password and click “Finish”. To log in, use the digits you will see next to the “Log in” button. If you don’t remember the password you entered when creating your account, change it.

          You will know that the authorization has been successful when you hear a sound signal, and the open charts will begin to show the current prices.

            I think there's problem with your bank, as Olymp Trade made a payout. You should connect with bank and ask them, I think there's some problem with correspondence accounts.
            So what's up? Seems your bank has troubles, Olymp said you clear instruction what to do, seems everything clear. Just follow instructions and I'm 100% sure everything will be resolved and OT will help you. I have the same trouble and Olymp support service have helped me to go through such difficulties.

              I am satisfied with everything in olymp trade and i can say that it is one of the brokers to whom you can entrust your capital. There are a lot of assets represented here, this is of course a big plus and i was able to build an action plan that really works for me. But one thing i can't understand is why there are no cent accounts here. Yeah, there's a lot of loyalty here, and you can do small deals. But there's still something more interesting to offer. It's not gonna make any money, but it's gonna be a training session. And also why no bonus for smallest deposits?

              I must have been mistaken, Olymp has got $10 depos, which is fair enough, as you can regulate the risk yourself. $1 min risk is good enough I believe.

You can deposit in national currency, the funds will be automatically converted into the account currency, and during the withdrawal back into the currency of your card.

              We provide each trader demo-account for free which you can use for training, so there's no need to create account in cents. The chart for demo and real accounts is the same.

                Just telll me why??? I replenished my account with my friend's credit card and then you're manager asked me to confirm the card is mine and than, when i said that i don't never make deposit with my own credit card, my account was blocked. I get my funds, but then olymp trade just blocked my account "for violation of rules"??? Where is it written i can't make deposits with all methods i like??? This account had my trading history and now everything is ruined call of so-called rules!!! Just tell me, is it my obligation to read rules??? If i don't know about rules than they can't be applied to me!!! That's an axiom!!!

                  I was always opening instant deals, but recently reached the info that there are delayed orders, that may be also convenient and beneficial. It's really easy to set the delayed order that will run well the price will reach particular quote. However, i don't understand what's the thing is going with stop-losses and take proftits. As i understand, there is pre-set stop-loss and take profit, that's used for all deals, but when i open delayed order, the gaps are empty. So what's this about and why stop-loss don't work with such order-type? I attached the screen shot as well.

                  GG :) I was so dumb in this case. Okey, that's just window when I can choose other stop-loss, if I don't do this, standard stop-loss will be applied. Sorry, for my misleading :)

                    I've made a deposit with skrill and withdrawals also all the time, but now i want to get my money on my banking card, but i simply can't do that! I don't understand what's going on and why i can't take my money with the way i want. I simply don't see the banking card withdrawal option, as well as any other. There is skrill only. I hope that it's just lag, but i don't understand why it appears?

                    Well, I catched what's going on. As I understand, this restriction is made for people's funds safety. I don't like this as a trader now, but I'm sure that if I face some hacking, I'll be appreciated. To unlock bank card I just made deposit of $10.

                    Hello there!

                    Withdrawals of funds is made only to the sources which you used for making a deposit. To be able to withdraw funds to your card you need to make a deposit with it, first. Pay attention that withdrawal amount is divided proportionally to the payment sources. This is a peculiarity of the payment process. So if you want to withdraw all the available funds to one source, you may have to create more than one request.

                      Hi, i'm new to olymp trade and i can't find any info about how to delete or edit indicator, there is only icon with explanation about indicator so i can learn what it is, but don't how to manage it. I will ad a screenshot of my trading platform, maybe my browser is lagging?? I enjoy olymp trade trading platform but that's a hell, i can't change my strategy for some reason, plz help me, i'll be so appreciated...

                      I think this button are so small and that make them not so convenient to use, however the process of customization or deleting is clear and easy. I hope you will launch option to make this buttons bigger...

                        I don't want why your mobile app doesn't have horizontal orientation. For trading that's extremely important, as quotes are much better displayed. Your mobile app is of high funtionallity, but adsence of such useful feature seems extremely strange.
                        Also, i can't find an info about education your mobile app.
                        I think it also can be useful to save customized indicators settings, as i think people like me can trade different assets but with the same strategy will find this useful.

                          I just registered and I can't find how to find Indicator for trading. I read that Olymp trade is Easy-to-work but I can't understand where to find it. I want not only add default indicators, but set-up them and customize to my own needs. As I understand, that's better to customize each indicator according to manuals.
                          I mean, I see some indicators, but there are no manuals about them and no other options. Can you help me with this?

                            I'm interested in trading with olymp trade, however i don't understand is there any guarantee that i won't lose my money. I understand that trading is constant risk, but i believe that there will be some instruments or other things to protect my money. I know some brokers always add automatic stop-losses and traders can change them if needed, so i wonder is this function in olymp trade? I'll be so pleased if someone will give me some info.

                            Okey, I understand that I can use stop-loss and take profit and they're pre-set-up, as I understand, they are set-up in the most common limits. When placing such orders, the trader limits the amount of his profit and loss in advance. In Olymp Trade they are placed automatically, but I can customize them to fit my strategy. That's cool that Olymp Trade adds such functions, as they're extremely useful and let traders to save money in case of failure.

                              Hello, guys! I have a question. I was always withdrawing money and get them in 24 hours. I even write some reviews and always claimed olymp trade to be the best brokerage cause of fast withdrawals. And what i see now, that's almost 50 hours and i don't get my money yet. That's first time i need to wait so long. Can somebody explain me what's going on?!

                              Thank you, I received money. As I understand, some similar can happen sometimes and broker can't affect this in no way, that's cause of some of banking delays. It isn't bad and don't cause any problems, but I wonder why delay had appeared only that time.

                                I like olymp trade because it has a convenient terminal and a lot of assets, i can analyze the market immediately, there are a lot of indicators, basically everything is good, but i do not understand why the withdrawal is not executed instantly, there is always a certain time to wait, on average, the withdrawal comes about a day, although money are immediately withdrawn from the platform, i would like to know where they are all day and why there is no immediate reaction, i do not want to wait!

                                Well, okey, thank you for answer. I also already conducted some kind of "research" and I got the banking system is a really Before, I thought SWIFT solved the bank transfer problem. But now I get the point why I don't get the money right away. After I sent a request to Olymp Trade, the broker warns the bank, and the latter using SWIFT instructs another bank to transfer the amount to my account, while the same amount is written off the broker's account. In fact, the message via SWIFT network - just an indication and movement of funds is made when transferring them to some accounts and depends on the banks.

                                The thing is, when you deposit, the funds are credited instantly. It happens because you make a direct payment using your card number, CVV code and another information, so your bank or payment system sees that it is you and they do not need to recheck it.

                                When we send money to you, your bank or other payment system check the sender, making sure that everything is secure. It takes some time for this process to be completed. Our Financial Department also needs time for processing the withdrawal requests and issuing orders to the bank/payment systems.

                                  I don't catch is there any buttons to close all my trades at once or trades that are most risky and below parameters i have set-up.in olymp trade community i found that there are button to close all my trading positions, but i didn't find any info about how it works. Such option can be very profitable in case when market is shocked or i made some wrong predictions and want to close more than one deal and i hope olymp trade has or will add such option in the future, as it's needed so hard...

                                  Ahahah, that was so clear that I think I'm dumb now :). Thanks for your answer, I really appreciate this. I doubt that my answer will reach the right person, but that's really cool that Olymp has so strong media presence and communicate with clients even on such minor issues. I already tested that button, it's really useful sometimes, so in case of some market unexpectances (like in 2008) it can be a really working way to save money. Once again, thank you for the answer!

                                    I enjoy trading with olymp trade, however i don't understand how profit-level is calculated. When trading i see that some assets has profitability level 70%+ when others 80%+ and i don't understand how this is calculated or can be applied in real trading. I'm beginner, so i think that it's amount that i'll earn but i lose sometimes and my profit-level isn't as written. I'll be gratefull if you clarify that monent, cause i don't find any info about how profit is calculated...

                                    Okey, so as I understand that is the number where accumulated profits will be considerably higher than losses, so following that return rate traders can choose the most profitable (in average) assets where the chance to earn is higher than the chance to lose. Of course only if you know how to trade, not trading on a random. So this is what I should always bear in mind when choosing assets to trade in order to minimize losses. Maybe that's my fault, as I always I neglect training, and I think I'll take care of everything as we go along. I'd rather spend a few days watching webinars, so that such questions do not arise in the future.

                                      I think that's unfair that olymp trade gives me tasks i should follow. I don't know why olymp trade each day give me some tasks and i can't turn them off, so i should pay my time to them and solve them. This tasks distract me from trading and force me to take wrong decisions. I don't know, maybe for novices they're good. But not for experienced traders. Can you suggest me any solution? I don't want to pay my time on such things! I just want to trade!

                                      I can't say that I like the fact that Olymptrade aims to help newbies, but I understand, that in other hand, if I'll be such newbie, I'll be pleased with the fact, that company takes care for me and introduce such things to help me learn how to trade. Yesterday, I talked with my friend (he is only a beginner in trading) and he said that this tasks helps him to keep on trading and understand how trading works. As I understand they are unnecessary to follow, so in this way that's okey and I have no issues anymore.

                                        I use vpn and your trading platform takes 2-3 seconds to be launched, as well as your website. I can't understand what the problem is, but that's not good and irritates me, as i should wait each time for some seconds, before my page will be loaded. The problems occur not only when trading, but also on website when i'm browsing it for info. I don't know what the problem is - your website or vpn, but i'll be pleased if you give me clear answer, as that's not ok for me.

                                        My VPN app was almost broken and after my compliacne it turned off and didn't work anymore, so I install other app and now there is no problems there. The platform is oppened in 0, 8-1, 1 sec (I checked with special utility) and orders are also executed in no more than 2-3 seconds, so I'll never open a deal in price other than desired. Sorry for that... I thought that was Olymp problem, but the problem was with my VPN :)
