I don't understand something about options trading. When I buy or sell option, I want to enter the trade immediately most of the time. But once I click the buy or sell button, the timer starts and the vertical lines indicate some mysterious beginning of trade time. Didn't my trade begin once I bought the option? If yes, then why this timer is there? If no and I need to wait till the countdown is complete, then why the horizontal line indicates my order is already there?

This countdown is a time frame within candlestick is forming.The time on your screenshot means that 20 seconds are left before a new candlestick starts forming. Time frame can be set below the chart. We recommend you to watch this video to learn how candlesticks work:

I've noticed that payout rates on different assets change from time to time. Sometimes I start trading with 80% and end up with 65% rate. I would like to receive notifications on such changes in payout rates. How can I be notified about those?

    Guys, once i try to buy the option, for some reason the order does not get executed immediately. For some reason there is a delay. I do suspect that this somehow deals with the end of bar and transition to another minute bar, but i need some confirmation. Maybe i'm missing some setting that could allow me to open the desired trade with no delay at all? I appreciate in advance your attention to this matter!

    I'm sorry, it turned out that order is really executed at the same moment. I did not realize at first that the 1 minute option expires not exactly in 60 seconds, but in 60 seconds + the remaining of the minute left from the bar when option was purchased. Thank you very much for you reply anyway!

    All deals are made strictly according to the quotes that our platform receives at the given time.
    Quotes are transfered to the platform from the suppliers as a continuous data stream. When you make an order, the deal is executed with the first received quote. There may be no price change at the moment of opening, so the deal will be executed with the first quote appeared.

    In case you want to check the rate at a particular time, use the "Quotes history" that is available to all authorized users in the "Quotes" section of the sidebar on olymptrade.com.

      When i want to buy or sell the option and click either green or red button on the right, the price keeps moving and i get different price of execution once i manage to click on confirmation message. I think it is unfair! The price must get fixed as soon as i buy the option. Please do something about. I’d really appreciate an update on my request. Thank you in advance!

        At the time of deposit money no ask for any proof but i lost 30 dollar but suddenly i win some 90 dollar and am going to withdrawl then they blocked my account. I will submitted id proof but they ask uplaod address proof but why need address proof.in id proof show photo, name, date of birth, sign already shown. My account id name is [protected]@gmail.com and i also submitted aadhar card as a address but they rejected.

        This is normal that your broker asks you for address proof. This can be your housing bill as easiest. This is a commonly known procedure of Know-Your-Customer rule for financial operators. Don't worry, as soon as you complete the verification process, you account should be released. They just want to make sure you are not financing terrorists or something like that.
        This is an excellent brokerage for both beginners and experienced traders. As a beginner I found many educational programs here which helped me to find out more about how indicators work, what are the differences between various assets Olymp allows trading, how to make the best use of the trading platform available features. It was also very pleasant to get a welcome bonus. Experienced users will definitely appreciate that Olymp has got the most up-to-date and easy to use trading platform with tons of tools available there. Most importantly, no need to worry about broker's reliability. As far as I know they work since 2014 and did not encounter any problems so far.

          multiple charts on the screen

          First of all thank you for the nice service we all get at olymp. I’ve ran into a problem though. You see, i like to trade several instruments simultaneously. For example eurusd and usdjpy. But i do get tired switching from one chart to another. I lose track of what’s happening on the market when i do that. So i’d like to keep both charts open in the trading platform simultaneously.           Olymp trade ads were saying that the company offers up to 92% payout rates. When i log in to my ot account and choose the instruments to trade digital options, the list of assets starts with the highest rates and they equal 82% only. These are eurusd and gbpusd currency pairs. Are other instruments with higher rates not available for me? Why, if so? Thank you in advance for explaining what's the matter here with these rates!

            In the numerous reviews i’ve read that olymp trade forex platform has got a feature to enter the desired take profit amount and stop loss amount in $ equivalent. The idea is really good but has it been implemented already? For some reason i can not understand where exactly do i have to put these numbers in? Unfortunately i’m not suggested to enter stop and target automatically.

              On the right side of the trading platform olymp used to have a list of all my recent trades along with the information on traded instruments and profit/loss in each trade. I logged in today and this list does not seem to be there anymore. Is this possible to restore it somehow? I found this information very important and i’d like to keep track of my trades all the time. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

                Hello! I really like the fact that when i trade forex instruments i don’t have spreads, but commission per trade only. But i’ve noticed that these commissions vary. If i daytrade currencies, they are pretty small. But i have indices positions rolled over night and it looks like some cost is being added. I couldn’t figure out what this charge is and why its being applied? Is it this because indices have different commissions or this happens because those are overnight positions?                   I’ve just started using olymp trade forex platform. I love the fact that you’ve got take profit and stop loss options there, but i can’t figure out how to use them. As far as i understand i need to put currency values in the boxes so that the position gets closed once either target in usd is reached or stop. But what if i want to take profit and execute stop loss at certain level from the price chart? Is this possible to enter stop and target based on the traded instrument price levels?

                    All is clear with olymp options platform. Thanks! But once i tried forex platform i could not find the information on spreads reflected there. Currency pairs trading involves spreads and normally brokers have them reflected somewhere on the charts. When i tried olymp trade forex and tried doing some demo trades i could not find exactly what were the spreads for my trade. Why? Where can i find this information?

                      Hello! I’ve heard some recommendations to pay attention to olymp trade signals. Traders say they find them quite good, even though you can’t rely 100% on them. I’d like to check them out myself. I do have a funded with real money account at olymp. But still, when i go to trading signals section i can only see the past performance of these signals. There is no live data for them. What is the matter? Am i missing something?

                        I normally used only sma indicator on my chart and experienced no problems. At some point i decided to check them all out, so added like almost all of them to the chart along with oscillators. I was able to remove oscillators because all of them have this close button in the upper right corner. But how do i remove indicators? Left clicking on them does not help, delete button does not help either.

                        Hi, I added 2 EMA indicators and they appeared on the chart but not on the indicators page. So there is no way to edit or delete those EMA lines and they are just there. How can I remove this?

                          It looks like there are some problems with indicators in the platform. I am not a professional in this field but indicators should reflect some state of the market price movements, i’m quite sure about it. But some of the indicators used in the platform are looking forward. I mean they cover the chart but extend in future. This seems very strage and probably this is a bug. Please take a look at alligator for example. Not sure what its meant to do, but it goes ahead of current price significantly.

                            potential profit display

                            There is a problem with options trading. Whenever i choose the instrument to trade, i can see what i can expect of a trade as a percentage of option cost. 80%, 60% or some other number. I’d like to know in advance how much i will profit if the option wins. Is there a place where i can see my potential profit as an absolute value in dollars? I can’t find it. Of may be ai can switch percentage display into dollars display somewhere?...

                            Hello! I’ve watched video about olymp trade and it was stated there that there is an option to trade forex here as well, not only digital options. So i’ve registered and have got my demo account now. To my regret i don’t see any possibility to trade forex here. The platform looks completely adjusted to trade options only. Can you please help me and let me know whether i need to install any special kind of software separately or register different account for forex trading?

                              For some reason i can't choose a bigger multiplier for trading bitcoin at olymp forex platform. There is a menu option in the right upper corner where you can normally change the multiplier. It works fine with different currencies, but when i want to use 50 or 100 multiplier for bitcoin trading there are no such numbers in this menu option. 10 is the max. Is this a bug in the platform or what? Thank you in advance for your reply!

                                I’ve got the following problem. I log into my olymp trade account and when i am at options trading platform, all seems to be ok. But once i choose to go to forex platform, browser redirects me to a similar place, but chart are not displayed there. Side menu toolbars are there and look ok. I see buy and sell buttons, can change multiplier, etc. Do you have any ideas what could be the problem here? Thank you in advance for any help!

                                  I find sorting available for option trading assets by their rate of return ridiculous. Dash takes it's place right near fiat currencies, some stocks come in, then again traditional currency pairs... Down to 10% return. I understand that some people might find it convenient to choose best paying options first, but i’m definitely not one of them. I’d prefer to group currencies, stocks, crypt, and indices separately. Can you please add this feature to the platform?

                                  Thank you for your reply. For some reason it didn’t come to my mind that other sorting options are already available. Mind plays strange tricks with us sometimes, sorry about all the trouble. I didn’t notice its already there.

                                    Choosing expiration time at the platform is very inconvenient! You should do something about it. For example when i trade options and ok, i’m decided about direction and i only want to change the expiration time. If i want it to be 1 hour, i need to press the + button like 59 times. And i do prefer longer expirations. Who developed this interface? Hitler? Please do something about it! The rest of the platform looks ok, so i'm lost in ideas why i have to deal with this timing problem.

                                    Oh, that was easy :) For some reason I thought that + and - buttons were the only way to change expiration period.

                                    We regret that the interface evokes such emotions when used. We conveyed wishes to our developers on improving the transaction timing mechanism.

                                    To change the transaction time faster, you can click on the time selection area and enter the desired interval. Also, when pressed, a side menu appears in which you can select a predefined deal time.
