In the numerous reviews i’ve read that olymp trade forex platform has got a feature to enter the desired take profit amount and stop loss amount in $ equivalent. The idea is really good but has it been implemented already? For some reason i can not understand where exactly do i have to put these numbers in? Unfortunately i’m not suggested to enter stop and target automatically.

On the right side of the trading platform olymp used to have a list of all my recent trades along with the information on traded instruments and profit/loss in each trade. I logged in today and this list does not seem to be there anymore. Is this possible to restore it somehow? I found this information very important and i’d like to keep track of my trades all the time. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Hello! I really like the fact that when i trade forex instruments i don’t have spreads, but commission per trade only. But i’ve noticed that these commissions vary. If i daytrade currencies, they are pretty small. But i have indices positions rolled over night and it looks like some cost is being added. I couldn’t figure out what this charge is and why its being applied? Is it this because indices have different commissions or this happens because those are overnight positions? Thank you in advance for clarifying!

I’ve just started using olymp trade forex platform. I love the fact that you’ve got take profit and stop loss options there, but i can’t figure out how to use them. As far as i understand i need to put currency values in the boxes so that the position gets closed once either target in usd is reached or stop. But what if i want to take profit and execute stop loss at certain level from the price chart? Is this possible to enter stop and target based on the traded instrument price levels?

Currency pairs trading involves spreads and normally brokers have them reflected somewhere on the charts. When i tried olymp trade forex and tried doing some demo trades i could not find exactly what were the spreads for my trade. Why? Where can i find this information?

Hello! I’ve heard some recommendations to pay attention to olymp trade signals. Traders say they find them quite good, even though you can’t rely 100% on them. I’d like to check them out myself. I do have a funded with real money account at olymp. But still, when i go to trading signals section i can only see the past performance of these signals. There is no live data for them. What is the matter? Am i missing something?

I normally used only sma indicator on my chart and experienced no problems. At some point i decided to check them all out, so added like almost all of them to the chart along with oscillators. I was able to remove oscillators because all of them have this close button in the upper right corner. But how do i remove indicators? Left clicking on them does not help, delete button does not help either.

Hi, I added 2 EMA indicators and they appeared on the chart but not on the indicators page. So there is no way to edit or delete those EMA lines and they are just there. How can I remove this?

It looks like there are some problems with indicators in the platform. I am not a professional in this field but indicators should reflect some state of the market price movements, i’m quite sure about it. But some of the indicators used in the platform are looking forward. I mean they cover the chart but extend in future. This seems very strage and probably this is a bug. Please take a look at alligator for example. Not sure what its meant to do, but it goes ahead of current price significantly.

There is a problem with options trading. Whenever i choose the instrument to trade, i can see what i can expect of a trade as a percentage of option cost. 80%, 60% or some other number. I’d like to know in advance how much i will profit if the option wins. Is there a place where i can see my potential profit as an absolute value in dollars? I can’t find it. Of may be ai can switch percentage display into dollars display somewhere?...

Hello! I’ve watched video about olymp trade and it was stated there that there is an option to trade forex here as well, not only digital options. So i’ve registered and have got my demo account now. To my regret i don’t see any possibility to trade forex here. The platform looks completely adjusted to trade options only. Can you please help me and let me know whether i need to install any special kind of software separately or register different account for forex trading?

For some reason i can't choose a bigger multiplier for trading bitcoin at olymp forex platform. There is a menu option in the right upper corner where you can normally change the multiplier. It works fine with different currencies, but when i want to use 50 or 100 multiplier for bitcoin trading there are no such numbers in this menu option. 10 is the max. Is this a bug in the platform or what? Thank you in advance for your reply!

I’ve got the following problem. I log into my olymp trade account and when i am at options trading platform, all seems to be ok. But once i choose to go to forex platform, browser redirects me to a similar place, but chart are not displayed there. Side menu toolbars are there and look ok. I see buy and sell buttons, can change multiplier, etc. Do you have any ideas what could be the problem here? Thank you in advance for any help!

I find sorting available for option trading assets by their rate of return ridiculous. Dash takes it's place right near fiat currencies, some stocks come in, then again traditional currency pairs... Down to 10% return. I understand that some people might find it convenient to choose best paying options first, but i’m definitely not one of them. I’d prefer to group currencies, stocks, crypt, and indices separately. Can you please add this feature to the platform?

Choosing expiration time at the platform is very inconvenient! You should do something about it. For example when i trade options and ok, i’m decided about direction and i only want to change the expiration time. If i want it to be 1 hour, i need to press the + button like 59 times. And i do prefer longer expirations. Who developed this interface? Hitler? Please do something about it! The rest of the platform looks ok, so i'm lost in ideas why i have to deal with this timing problem.

I've done a really successful trade recently, selling canadian dollar. I decided to leave the trade open as long as I did believe that I'd caught the trend reversal. I'm not risking the great amount of money and I was badly surprised in the end, that commissions took a large part of my profits. Do you guys practice some hidden fees or what?

Hi! The only fee that is charged on the Forex Olymp Trade is SWAP.

A SWAP is the transaction to carry a position over to the next day. It is charged based on the system accepted worldwide. Trades on the Forex market are closed on Spot terms. This means that all trades made during the current business day must be closed and the entire amount of currency must be delivered on the second business day.

To avoid closing a current trade, you need to make a swap trade (close and re-open a position at the current exchange rate), which helps settle the obligations of the parties. The SWAP is also subtracted from the trade amount. On a trading terminal, the transaction takes place at 9:00 pm GMT.

Three days ago i topped up my account with $10 but received no bonus, which was supposed to double my deposit. And the point is, i fulfilled all the conditions that were stated in the promotion! More particularly, i made a deposit right after creating an account, it could hardly have passed more than an hour after the registration. However, i didn't receive the bonus anyway. There are only $10 in my account, those $10 that i actually deposited. What's wrong, why hasn't olymp trade awarded me with a bonus?

One of the reasons I decided to start with Olymp is the bonus option, when you get the same amount bonus when fund your account within one hour since registration. But I can’t do that! I simply don’t get an e-mail from Olymp for confirmation. Why do you offer bonuses and then don’t allow getting them in time?

There weren’t supposed to be any strong moves according to it, but in fact the price went crazy and oil lost a dollar in value in 5 minutes. I found it on Play store but it looks totally different from browser version. I can’t find how to trade options there. It says FOREX. Don’t you have a mobile app for options trading?

I traded ok on my demo account and decided to fund it with $20 yesterday. After I logged in, the platform still shows demo account money. I made another $50 same day but they were all demo money :( What is the problem? Do I have to create a different login to trade with real money? Please advise.

Your candle bars charts look very suspicious. Generally the chart is similar to what other websites reflect, and this is really difficult to explain exactly what’s the problem. Looks like they are not colored properly and there is something else wrong. I can’t really grasp what exactly.

I've opened the account at olymp and has funded it with $150. I also received a $150 bonus. Then, after a few successful trades my account balance has reached $500 so i decided to withdraw $100 and leave the rest for further trading experiments. The withdrawal went well, but my account balance decreased by $250, not $100. What's the matter? Where is the money?

Why can't I just set the stop loss for the trade to be as big or small as I want it to be? What a silly idea to set it automatically to the exact amount of a deal. Everyone knows that managing the risk is one of the most important things that trader can take care of. I can't do that at Olymp unfortunately.

Hello there!

This is called "stop out", it's a service that automatically closes a losing trade to protect the trader's balance from turning negative. If an open trade goes against the selected exchange rate and gets to the amount invested in that trade, it is automatically closed. We appreciate risk-management, and you can practice it in other forms. For example, make deals which do not exceed 5% of your deposit.

I deposited $100 in Webmoney this July. They've now turned into $150 which is great, but why can't I withdraw them? I tried my Mastercard, I tried Visa, I tried my wife's card as well. Nothing seems to work? Is this is some kind a scam or what? A friend of mine says his withdrawals go OK. Please help!!!

Could it happen by any chance that you forgot to apply some commission to your BItcoin transaction? I've heard of people waiting for months for their BItcoin transactions to complete with 0 fee applied to it. I've heard a lot about Olymp. Some people win, some lose money there, but these are market risks. Have never heard of anyone having troubles with funding accounts or withdrawals.

I am a recent customer of Olymp trade but not a newbie in trading overall. Olymp’s trading platform is indeed very nice and this is probably the main reason I decided to switch to Olump. There is nothing in it that is only meant to distract my attention and create an impression of a fancy trading software. It’s simple, it’s clear, it’s stable. I am not a big fan of indicators so Im not even bothering adding them to my charts. You can choose between are charts, bars, candles and heiken ashi. Looks like not much either, but let’s admit, no one is using XO charts in real life for trading. So as the outcome we have a very user-friendly interface for trading that allows customers focus on charts analysis and their trading systems.I highly recommend trying Olymp!
