inactivity fee has been charged

Hello, i don't know when is the last time i used the olymp trade and due to my inactivity the charged 10usd on my account.

I understand that its a company policy, i am no longer interested to trade and i don't even remember my account. Is that possible for you to cancel or delete my account, so for the next 180 days that i am not active, they will not charge me again.

Hope it will make sense, if you need some...

Hey there! I've been trading with you for already 2 months. Yesterday, i decided to make my first withdrawal. I did it in the evening, but the money still hasn't arrived. I requested withdrawal to the very same card i had previously made a deposit with, what's the matter? Why does it take the funds so long to arrive? And will they actually arrive at least?

Everything is OK, the money has arrived, I merely had to wait for a little bit. I didn't know that it takes longer to receive funds to a credit card - up to 3 days. Now that I know this, I won't panick that much next time :)) Kudos to Olymp Trade support team for the prompt response! You guys helped me resolve the situation in literally no time, thank you!

    I am frustrated its been more than 45 days still I dint receive my money, I made a request to withdraw 10$. I have sent my bank statement thrice.Nothing has been done from your side each and every day your support people ask me to wait for 3 to 5 days . Please look into my issue if not I dont have option rather than taking legal action against your company.

    Going to court, seriously? Are you crazy to be making such a fuss of 10 dollars? Moreover, if the problem is on the part of Olymp Trade, you'll get your money anyway, I happened to withdraw far bigger amounts. But in fact, withdrawing $10 to a bank account is not such a good idea. No wonder it takes your bucks so long to arrive :) I always withdraw to an e-wallet, and the money arrives that same day. Couldn't be easier.
    In general, the Olymp Trade platform is pretty OK. Or, more accurately, the platform is great, but the conditions could've been more favourable:)) The 80% payout rate is quite adequate, but I honestly wish it were higher. I'm really looking forward to the day when I will have grown my capital to the VIP-level - that's when the money will start rolling in! At the moment I avoid making an additional deposit on purpose, keep trading with a rate of 82% and growing the account. The progress is slow but sure :) The good news is, if I manage to trade into the black with an 80% payout rate, the future 90% will totally rock it!

      I topped up my account by means of an electronic wallet skrill about a month ago. Since then, I've increased my deposit minimum twice. Now, I'd like to withdraw the income directly to my credit card, since skrill requires transferring money to the card in any case, which means additional commission. But the point is I just cannot do it! The site says I can only transfer money to that very same skrill account, no other way. What's the matter? I don't want to pay additional commissions!

      Here's an update, the Olymp Trade support helped me sort out the withdrawal issue. Basically, that's my bad - I should've read the rules more intently, the withdrawal-depositing mechanisms are described there in full detail. Though at that moment I couldn't possibly make a deposit through anything but Skrill... but anyway. The point is, the problem has a very simple solution - I'll just make an additional mini-deposit with my credit card and proceed to withdraw funds directly to it. Big thanks to the broker's support team! Your prompt respond and assistance were priceless.

        Hello there! I've got a question concerning the mobile platform. Why does it lack some indicators available on the main platform, namely the one I'm trading with on my PC? I prefer having lots of indicators opened at the same time, they act kinda like filters to each other, which makes the signals more accurate. It'd be great if the mobile platform also had lots of indicators at place. When are you planning to add the rest of them? Thanks for the reply!

          The amount Rs.2083 has been debited from my account on 10/jun/2019 without my knowledge and the same case happen in my account on 06/Jun/2019 the amount of Rs.2082 debited from my account without my knowledge and the amount is credited on the same day .But the amount debited on 10/jun/2019 is not credited in my account.           OK, but what made you think it's Olymp Trade who charged your money? I've looked through the screenshots, they don't have a single reference to Olymp Trade.
          And actually, that's the first time I've heard about Olymp Trade charging money without the user's knowledge. Well, to begin with, charging money without the approval of your bank is impossible. In its turn, no bank will allow some third-party company to charge money from your account without your personal approval. Better ask yourself to what services you've given consent to regular money transfer. And if you haven't done that, ask your bank why they should perform transactions with your funds without your knowledge of that. It might help.
          I've opted for Olymp Trade because there are lots of traders working on this platform. This means, when I open an order I know for sure that my counterparty is some other trader, and I don't have to trade against the company. Maybe this doesn't influence my profits at all, but I just feel safer that way. Of course, an honest company will pay the trader's earnings anyway, but when you receive them at the company's expense, it's kinda disturbing. With small brokers, this issue would've definitely arisen, but in case with Olymp Trade everything is simple and clear.

            Duh, expecting money to a card within 9 hours after the withdrawal is waaay too optimistic:) I usually receive funds next day, that's quite good considering that the time limit is 3 days. If you want quick withdrawal, I'd recommend you to use an e-wallet. Personally I withdraw money to a credit card, but I'm okay with waiting. That's more convenient anyway - in case with a card, I can spend money right away, or just get some cash from an ATM. Yet e-money is a whole different story.
            I got the recommendation regarding Olymp Trade in one closed Facebook group dedicated to trading, generally, I was involved in trading because of the cryptocurrencies, but when the cryptocurrencies market burst somehow, I decided to carry on with other assets. In that group, we were discussing the cryptocurrencies trading strategies and one guy wrote that he is trading cryptocurrencies on one more platform – Olymp Trade and it is possible to make deals by the means of other assets there.
            I got curries and decided to open an account. So everything is quite different there of course, not like on the cryptocurrencies exchanges. The deals are made differently, but this is both plus and minus. From one side you have to learn something new, from the other – these are new opportunities. Also, they offer pretty good training. Of course, I know the basic of technical analysis, I tried them out on the cryptocurrencies, but some strategies are new for me and seem quite promising. As a result, I’m trading here for a year. Now the cryptocurrencies are going up, but I decided not to leave the Olymp Trade at all, I combine a few platforms.

              Lol are you serious? I've just read about the same issue on this very forum, only published by a different user. The only difference is the amount of money, for the rest it's just the same! Do you think we're all complete morons here, so that you may copypaste the same text like 100 times and make us believe Olymp Trade has payout issues? Olymp Trade is a solid and reliable company, they don't need your miserable few bucks to run some scams you're babbling about. Your complaints are nothing but ridiculous dirty PR, and you know it!

              Most brokers take advantage with customers funds because they fill these customers don’t know how to get their funds back, But trust me there are hidden ways you can get your lost funds back from the broker. I was able to withdraw my $230, 000 from the two brokers i signed up with while trading. I’ve never done this before but i promise to recommend him if i help him out and i’m glad he did, If you want to recover your money back then mail him recoverywealthnow360 at gmail dot com

                I have deposited $30 for trading and withdrawal $30 from my olymp trade account the same has been credited in my bank account as ₹ 2180.88 after conversion from usd to inr and again ₹2092.14 deducted from my bank account without my permission and when i asked from my bank about the same they told me that amount has been debited by olymp trade as they have created auto debit option hence otp not required.

                So you're saying that at first Olymp Trade makes a withdrawal to your bank account, and then they make a deposit once again, right? And you claim that's an automatic deposit option... do you realize that's plain impossible? Dude, this ain't some Netflix subscription, broker accounts simply don't allow for automatic transfers! Even if they did, nobody would manage to transfer money from your bank account without your consent.
                So someone is obviously lying here - either bank, or you. I don't know which bank you're working with, but I doubt they would bother to arrange ""the murkiest scam of the century"" just to steal your couple dozen bucks. So here's the only conclusion - maybe you've forgotten to mention something in your story? :))) So far, it doesn't really make any sense.
                What I really did like about this broker is their site, they have everything fully details and they have made the website in a manner than a person could read and understand without moving around a lot. By the way, I am new to the platform and I am building my account slowly. I'm glad I've already received the first withdrawal, it actually happened within a day, even though according to the rules it might take up to 5 days.I did not trade in the demo account, because the Minimal deposit is only 10$. I do not believe practicing in demo will help a lot, although it may differ from person to person.

                  There's no way Olymp Trade would automatically withdraw money from your account, all the more without your knowledge! At the very least, in case with such automatic transactions the bank is obliged to request your authorization. Otherwise the bank simply doesn't have the right to allow any company to withdraw money from your personal account. So you'd better take it up with the bank! Yet the main point is, Olymp Trade has never worked like that. I've withdrawn money for a number of times already, and each time the money remained in my account. So really, something just ain't right here. That's simply not possible!
                  Trading is made easier by Olymp Trade, I mean trading in this platfrom is really easy compares to other platform around. I am new this, but I am a quick learner. Speaking of which, the Olymp Trade website also gives me a lot of educational materials which I could study so that I could be a better trader. The bonus is pretty crazy and I was amazed that this broker doubles the deposit amount. I do not think any broker does that at the moment. The bonus helped me a lot when came to trading, I made way more profits than I orginally planned.Overall, I'm having a very pleasurable experience with Olymp Trade.

                    withdrawal amount not getting in my account

                    I withdrawal 65$ after one month ago but did not get withdrawal amount in bank. I provided my bank statement to olymp trade customer support by mail. After some time they give arn number & say that track your payment through arn number in your bank. But bank employee say that there is nothing any system to check & track your payment issues. Please give solution for this matter....

                    Recently i've started trading with olymp trade. When i studied the broker's conditions and tried to figure out whom i choose - olymp or some other company, i noticed that their payout rates is 80%. I decided that it's a big advantage, and ended up opening an account with olymp trade. However, now i see that the 80% rate refers only to certain assets, not all of them. This means that if i want higher returns, i can trade only eur/usd and some 5 other currency pairs. There's literally no sense opening deals in other ones! Why this work such way?

                    Let me explain what determines the rate of return. The rate of retrun of an asset depends on 2 factors.

                    1. Market situation (volatility, liquidity), i.e. the level of market volatility and the number of trades with an asset within a certain period of time. Volatility — the security market or currency indicator showing level of its variability during a certain period due to political, weather and other conditions. Liquidity of an asset is the value, that determines the asset price change activity due to the large volume of supply and demand.

                    2. Balancing within the company. Automatic risk algorithm determines the number of open trades for the buy and sell for each asset. Normally, the balance of buyers and sellers is roughly equal. In case an overweight in one of the parties is observed, the company reduces the percent of profitability of an asset for covering of expenses.

                    Anyway, the profit received as a result of successful trading, is paid to the clients in full.

                      It is now two times when i dindt able to recieve my money even after 1 month and banks are refusing about any kind of payement sent by you what should i do now this is a kind of worst service you give money they take it in just 5 minutes but when you withdraw it they say to wait till 1 to 30 days and after 30 days they say to talk to the bank but bank said that there is no kind of payment send by you your arn doesnt works too.. Worst refunding service and bo response from olymp trade they are not responding to email there app's client support

The withdrawal, as well as the refill, is carried out almost immediately, but the transfer time can be increased by the international transfer aggregator. Another reason is if the funds are already in the bank, as indicated by the ARN number, then the transfer time depends on the transfer processing time of your bank. The point is sometimes banks refuse to check the ARN code. But we'll do our best to resolve this.

                      As for the first withdrawal, we can request the ARN Reference, which banks are obliged to check. In order for us to request it, you need to take an extract from the bank on all operations on the account from the day of the withdrawal to the current one. We will send this statement to the aggregator and he will provide this number for verification in the bank. You can send an extract to the support team saying that you need an ARN Reference number, they will do everything for you.

                      As for your second withdrawal from May 17th, we have already made a task of getting the ARN number for you.

                      How come they don’t answer if you write that support explained to you the reasons for the delays with the funds? When I had questions on this matter, I got immediate response from the support, although I formed the withdrawal just a day ago and I still had sometimes according to the terms. At the end I got money on time, I just made a noise in advance)))
                      How big is your withdrawal? I don’t know for sure, but I don’t think that the company like Olymp was messing around on purpose, of course, if you don’t have 100 milliards dollars on your deposit. If the numbers are not that big, it is easier for them to complete the withdrawal and forget about you, maybe, there is an issue with the bank for real? Somehow I never heard that European traders would have any problems with the withdrawing, maybe, Asian banks are not so good? XD
                      Olymp Trade helps me a lot in trading. The main this is that everything's convenient and ergonomic. You can always find any information within a seconds. I trade with all assets, and there is a great choice of them on this trading platform. I think it's not even appropriate to talk about funds withdrawal. If a broker doesn't make it, you have to go to court. And Olymp makes funds withdrawal steadily. The interface of the platform is convenient for trading. Charts are easily scaled, you can trade on different time frames. The platform also has a deal history with charts, which lets you clarify some interesting details of the previous deals, if you need it.

                        Hi all, my self satish, i had deposited 10 dollars in olymp trade account after trading same amount was withdrawl by me on 24th April. Bit till time money is not credited, every time when i contacted cusromer care they give me extended time lines of credit and tried to make me understand about the withdrawl process.

                        10dollars does not make a too much difference, but be aware before investing in such trading agencies.

                        And how many days do you usually have to wait after the withdrawal to receive money? I didn't quite catch that, is that a bank transfer? For $10? If so, you obviously aren't taking the easy way :)) Why not make a deposit through Skrill or any other e-wallet, and then withdraw money in the very same way? In my opinion, that's the easiest and the most beneficial way which will let you have your money at hand in a matter of hours - probably even faster. A bank transfer is a different story. You might have to wait for a week or longer, through no fault of the broker at all...

                          My name is sachin. I made $50 in olymptrade. Few days later i requested the withdrawal. It has been processed from their side. Its been more than 2 months. Still money has not credited to my bank account. Actually i made this transaction through sbi international debit card. Several time, regarding this i approached issuer bank people and merchant people also. I am totally fed up with this problem. I am getting proper response from the merchant side but not from the sbi bank side. Their response is like uneducated people are working for the sbi. And i don't know where is my money has gone.
                          Can anybody please help me through it??

                          Calm down, you'll receive your money anyway if the withdrawal was proper. :) You probably ordered a bank transfer, right? Then it's no wonder, it might take up to several days. That's why I prefer withdrawing through an e-wallet.
                          At the very least, you can contact the support team, they usually respond right away. If the problem is on their part, they'll tell you what's wrong. If it appears though that their payment has cleared, you'll know for sure that's a bank delay. In that case, you might as well call your bank and inquire about this issue.
                          I even don’t know, what to recommend you in this particular case…For the future…make a withdrawal to your e-wallet – this is faster, and the option is already checked. Sometimes it is difficult with banks, maybe some uneducated people are really working in your bank if everything was fine with this transaction from the Olymp Trade side…

                            I deposited total of 20 dollars and withdrew 18.86 dollars they refunded me 10 dollars but remaining is still pending another thing today on 11 march 2019 olymp trade without any authorisation deducted 10 dollars from my account with out any permission and authorisation i want my money back i have mailed them but still no response on the remaining refund

                            Hey, so what about your money? Have you finally received it? I wonder what was the explanation of Olymp Trade support. They usually solve issues quickly and accurately. Bank transfers are often delayed, that's actually the most troublesome method of withdrawal, so I never use it :)

                            the money were send by us to your bank and now it depends on the transfer processing time of your bank. You now need to wait a little bit and request the extract at your bank and send it to us. Cause this is the way we make your bank check the info about your withdrawals.

                            To check the accurate info about these transactions at your bank you need an ARN Reference number.
                            ARN Reference number can be requested only after 14 days from the date of withdrawal. As your withdrawals were made on May 18 and 19, you, on June 3, need to take an extract from the bank on all credits to the account from May 18 to June 3, including all the cards you used to withdraw (as you did use different cards). With these extracts, our financial department will ask the aggregator for the ARN Reference for each withdrawal. Using this number your bank will check the transfer status info.

                            As far as I know, it is stated in Olymp Trade's rules that the withdrawal amount cannot be less than $10 (and probably a multiple of 10, I'm not sure but this would be only logical). Of course I don't mean to offend or much less judge you, but making such a small deposit in order to struggle withdrawing it later is not the wisest idea. For example, I made deposits of no less than $100 even with the unfamiliar brokers whom I didn't trust much. For, you know, there could always appear some additional fees that weren't taken into account. That's normal, a couple of dollars won't make a big difference - you either earn or not.
                            I highly doubt that Olymp Trade deliberately refuses to withdraw your $8, 5. More precisely, I'm sure there is some explanation for this. What did their support reply to you in this respect?

                              I started my first trade on olymp trade with 30$. Post this it showed 60$ in my account. Then i withdrew 30$.
                              Next day when i checked, remaining 30$ from my account were gone. And after 2 days again 30$ was deducted from my account. When i had a chat with a person on there website they said its bank fault. What the hell!!! Does it mean bank will keep on deducting money from my card only because i used it for first time payment. I need my refund back. Please let me know whom do i get this to?

                              I did not get the withdrawal amount. It has been 15days. I have asked the company for further detail but I still did not get the perfect reply. I asked for the withdrawal on March 4. The amount was 2172 rupees. Regularly I ask for the update but the only reply I get from them.

                              The only logical way out is to inquire in the bank what happened. You've got a reply from Olymp Trade, there are no reasons to distrust them. Thus, you need to check with your bank why they keep withdrawing funds from your account. The point is, Olymp Trade is no more responsible for the money after it has been withdrawn to your account, which means you really should address your bank about this issue.
