I gained status through the XP points at the end of the last month, but for some reason it was revoked recently so that I didn't even have time to get all the advantages of it, only some high return deals.
Maybe I’m blind but I haven’t found any information that the status is given for a certain amount of days or time for this matter.
I need some explanation from the olymp trade representatives about the whole situation...

I deposit my money in Olymp trade account on 23/08/23 but i dont receive amount in my Olymp trade account. I complain but nothing happened. And the Olymp trade customer care says that your amount is deposit in 24 hours but still the is not deposit in my Olymp trade account.

Today 13-august I put 39000₹ tarde it was went straight line and went down but in this app when I checkes trade history it shows closed with loss when I asked customer service they said you have to handle this and closed my chat, they never responded correct answers always liying anything. I have the proof when I opened the position and when it closed. Even customer service they mentioned sometimes app have bug and sever...
