Hi, I made a 5000 INR deposit on this platform on Sept 1st and the amount is deducted from my bank account, but the amount is still not credited to trading account nor the refund is made. Upon asking Olymptrade customer support they are keep on giving me dates without any resolution and threatening to block my account in case I ask them repeatedly. They say one in a many transactions face such issues. So to test this I made a small deposit of 1800 INR on Sept 12th which is also pending since 24 hours. They keep on telling us to wait for 48 hours first and then 5 days. If this platform is not secured then why not block the access to Indian customers? Sep 16, 2022 Updated by sgvsm Update, no response from from Olymptrade even after the complaint. It seems to be Gunda Raj and they do not care for anything. It's been 16 days since I made my deposit and no update on my funds. Be cautious before blindly depositing money to this platform.
