Delay on their portal and app incurs you losses . Every time you raise a support ticket they throw a URL at you stating upto 3 seconds delay is acceptable limits and is part of their mentioned sla. This delay will further result in your losses incurred and target missed by 0.0001 for which they will not accept any kind of responsibility. Sometimes you will be promised a callback sometimes a sorry statement as “you should be more careful while placing order” etc. In short avoid Olymptrade if you want your hard earned money Was this information helpful?
