[Resolved]  Olymp Trade — Deposit fund refund

Address: Somani Nagar,sendra road, Surya Mahal hotel opposite

I have new Euro currency account and deposit fund on 24/08/2021, 500EURO, after deposit my account is blocked by olymtrade, if they want to blocked my any for any reason they should do before deposit, but this unfair think happen with, and I am keep continue contact to customer support, claim department, but they are saying you will not get your refund back as you violet rule, I seriously not aware of any rules, I borrow money from market to earn and manage expenses, this is totally fraud with me, i will keep complaint for olymtrade untill I I don't receive my deposit amount, I have never any think from this flatform only loss, I request olymtrade authority to solve my problem and refund my deposit amount

We do understand that this kind of situation was indeed unpleasant when things are not happening as expected. However, unfortunately, the decision of the Company is final and cannot be reconsidered.
