Olymp Trade — Deposited money not credited on bank account or olymp trade account.

I have deposited money to olymp trade account and the money was debited successfully from my bank account. But while looking on the olymp trade account the transaction is shown as failed. I don't know what is happening. I also submitted the option "i have paid" .
Still it's showing failed. I don't know where my money is gone.
Its 770 rupees .
