[Resolved]  Olymp Trade — Issues with subscription on statuses

I adore this broker for providing top-notch trading conditions, but I want to point out the presence of various peculiarities connected to them. Even though the company offers a full-fledged help center, where all required information, at the first glance, is given, still there is something that's not so apparent.
For instance, only recently I dug deeper into the status system and it turned out this system contains many fascinating features. All advantages of each status are described in the help center, but the matter of my inquiry refers more to the subscription on a new status. I do know it's possible to subscribe to any status and chose the period, nevertheless, I couldn't do it in the desktop platform! Why do this broker offer this function if it's not implemented at all? Is it created specifically to brag or what?

Shame on my inattentiveness! How could I dare to accuse the company of indecent behavior if I didn't even check the note in the end of the description how this subscription works. I had no idea it can be issued only in the Web application, thus, accept my appologizes. Thank you for proper clarification!

Regarding your question on the subscription of status, we are glad to tell you that you can easily buy it on our platform. Please go to the left menu. Under the tab Market, you can find subscriptions for a status. You can also find other tools there.
