Because they taken wrong decision on my deposit issue after 5 months of waiting.
I am sending this below reply to them but no response.

Bank will don't help me because transaction was 5 months old and bank only help when you compliant within one month of transaction was made there is RBI rules and regulations and you are telling me now after 5 months to contect my bank so how can bank help me after 5 months because you telling me now and you delayed me 5 months for making compliant daily saying me your deposit was safe and credit to you soon and running 5 days cycle and 5 months gone then how would bank help me there is a bank and RBI rules and regulations i have to compliant within one month of transaction was made and you didn't said me to ask to my Bank at earliest stage of my deposit and you waited me 5 months so now it's your responsibility to provide me refund or compensation because fund was transferred to you and lost it's your system failure.
