Dear Olymp Trade Customer Support,
I am writing to file a complaint regarding a failed transaction that occurred on 12th december 2024 on your platform. On that day, I attempted to deposit Rs.1000 into my Olymp Trade account via the UPI QR payment method, but the transaction failed. However, when I checked my bank account statement, I noticed that the same amount was debited from my account.
I have contacted my bank, but they have advised me that the transaction was successful and that I need to contact Olymp Trade to resolve this matter.
Therefore, I am requesting an immediate refund of the amount that was debited from my account as it was not reflected in my Olymp Trade account due to the failed transaction. Please investigate this issue and provide me with a prompt resolution.
For your reference, I have attached a copy of the transaction receipt and my Olymp Trade Account Transaction dashboard.
Please note that I clicked on the consent 'Yes, I paid Rs.1000' on the transaction page.

However, the real joke is, you did transferred to my Skrill account and now Skrill is charging me some fixed amount to get those transfer to my account. I think it would have been better if I could have donated it to any of your employee rather than paying to Skrill.
Just think, out of those $ 26 how much I could have got as both of you and skrill took all those money? Even I think Skrill might be charging money from my account and giving it back to you, or may be Skrill is itself of your product, I don't know, but it may be possible.
You just made a joke of my money. Well played!!!
