Olymp Trade — olymp trade does not refund my money

Hi,

I am deposited $30 in olymp trade wallet and tried to trade and after getting loss, i have left with $26 and trying to withdraw the amount ($26).

However olymp trade does plays with me.

They keep on saying it will be deductde to my source account from where it was deposited. But after requesting them, they said my bank is rejected the payment. However my bank claims that they didn't reject any such payment. And moreover, olymp trade doesn't share the rejected transaction id. So i can say they falsely claims that bank rejects the transaction.

Afterwards, olymp trade gave me option to withdraw through e-wallets such as skrill, butcoin etc.

I have opened a skrill account and gave mu email address with activation screenshot of skrill account. However, they keep on claiming that my skrill account is not active (Does that mean, skrill is lying to me? Even i have shared the screenshots to them where it clearly mentioned that my account is active.).

At the end i have given then my bitcoin wallet address. Now olymp trade is saying that, if the requested withdrawal amount is less than $40, then they doesn't process withdraw requests through e-wallet.

Then what option do i have to get back money from them? They don't even shows a transaction id proof against which my bank reflects the transaction (As per their claim)?

However, the real joke is, you did transferred to my Skrill account and now Skrill is charging me some fixed amount to get those transfer to my account. I think it would have been better if I could have donated it to any of your employee rather than paying to Skrill.

Just think, out of those $ 26 how much I could have got as both of you and skrill took all those money? Even I think Skrill might be charging money from my account and giving it back to you, or may be Skrill is itself of your product, I don't know, but it may be possible.

You just made a joke of my money. Well played!!!

Dear Olymp Trade Customer Support,

I am writing to file a complaint regarding a failed transaction that occurred on 12th december 2024 on your platform. On that day, I attempted to deposit Rs.1000 into my Olymp Trade account via the UPI QR payment method, but the transaction failed. However, when I checked my bank account statement, I noticed that the same amount was debited from my account.

I have contacted my bank, but they have advised me that the transaction was successful and that I need to contact Olymp Trade to resolve this matter.

Therefore, I am requesting an immediate refund of the amount that was debited from my account as it was not reflected in my Olymp Trade account due to the failed transaction. Please investigate this issue and provide me with a prompt resolution.

For your reference, I have attached a copy of the transaction receipt and my Olymp Trade Account Transaction dashboard.

Please note that I clicked on the consent 'Yes, I paid Rs.1000' on the transaction page.
