Dear Olymptrade Support Team
I am having olymptrade account with userID : 89590784. I have deposited account using google pay (UPI) on 18th June 2022 and it was credited successfully to your account. Please see attached files for your reference. But the amount is not reflected in my live account (INR account) and nor credited back to my bank account. I have attached bank statement from June-18th to till date. I gave complaint to you but you are denying that you were not received money. So I have raised a request with my bank. They replied back with the following statement to check your records.
"Dear Customer, Your transaction of Rs 10000 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary SRS Live Technologies PVT LTD account XXXXXXXXXX5950 on 18/06/2022 20:40:07 with RRN[protected]. In case the beneficiary has not received the amount, then please share the reference number with the beneficiary, to check with their bank."
I gave this reference number but you are again denying that you were not yet all received it.
Then I raised request with ICICI BANK to check your beneficiary account and they confirmed me back with the following attached mail that amount successfully credited to beneficiary account and the money can not be get back. They asked me to check with you as the trasnaction was closed successfully and verified from their side with your bank. This clearly shows that you were account is already credited but you are denying it and not providing corresponding service. This is fault from your side but you are torturing me on this.
Please check your account and do the needful. Either you can revert money back or add to my live account. Please do the earliest.
I raised another complaint in this same forum and no stopped responding thta. That clearly shows they are liers and cheater.
Guys dont believe this app and loss money.
