[Resolved]  Olymp Trade — Trader's way bug

Not a very long time ago I got acquainted with the Trader's way functionality on the platform, and guys, I confirm that this is a very handy thing for those who bother about statuses upgrade or kind of promoting.
I have watched an introductory video graciously provided by the Olymp Trade broker and started to get interested in it.

I understood that I needed to fulfill different tasks to gain experience points, and started to practise this on the fixed time trading mode. Those challenges offered to me were rather fascinating and entertaining.
However, I encountered a system's bug. I had an assignment to make a couple of profitable deals on a currency pair and one of them were made quickly. As for another one then I was forced to wait until the next day as the price didn't want to reach desirable level and I was indecisive in opening a position. But, the next day, the assignment vanished! What has happened, I require explanations and demand my experience points, cuz the deal was eventually closed in plus!

Damn it. I thought I scrutinized every millimeter of the help center's page about trader's way, but still overlooked a very imporatnt note! Thank you olymp trade team for clarifying me that the assignments are refreshed daily and I anyway wouldn't be able to get XPs in case of opening the position the next day... Ok, now I gotta be more attentive.

Olymp Trade has the Traders Way which gives you different paths. Each path consists of several levels you can reach by trading and gaining XP. Each level gives you a unique reward. Once you've unlocked all of the levels and reached the end, you'll be upgraded to the next status. Regarding your concern, your progress on the Trader's Way resets every 30 days -- this could be the reason why the XP points were gone in your account.
