[Resolved] Olymp Trade — two factor authentication | |
I have recently updated two factor authentication by google authenticator app and unknowingly i have uninstalled the app and i have lost the backup code and there is no way i can login to my account. So please help me with this issue as there is a email address and phone number i have updated try to recover my account through any one of those. And the website of olymp trade does not have any option to recover my account and also there is no customer support. Olymp trade does not give me any option to recover my account and they can use my mobile number instead of two factor authentication Was this information helpful? | |

I can't sync my Olymp trade account to google authenticator. Everytime I login it blink to give authenticator passcode which I lost due to uninstalling authenticator app. Pls help me out to open my trading account.

I lost my phone and whenever I want to log into my account, I am prompted to provide the 2FA code which I can no longer access.
Please, help me to gain access to my account. I've my email, password and phone number I used in opening my account.
