I have units OCPK/1205/LG/636 in Omaxe Connought Place.
Since last two years I am approaching them to give my assured returns but it is not provided.
I have met Priyanka Ma'am & Mr. Sanjay many times at their Kalkaji office.
Every time I visit them they commit that returns will be provided in 3months or from next year and so.
But nothing is working out.
We are not allowed to meet any senior.
Only these two employees with same reply every time.
I would like to file complaint against Omaxe.
I am tired of doing follow up with their employees who are just repeating the same reply every time.

      Assured return is pending since 2020.
      I am tired of doing follow up.

          Credited in your account by 23/3/2022.

          But till date you havn't given it back.
          So return my money back without further delay.

            My customer id is OHGL/112/T1. I am not paid for my assured return from last 8 months & Omax Lucknow is now not picking up phones also.
            I can't expect this kind of behaviour from employees of company like Omaxe.
            Kindly look into this & clear my assured return balance on priority.

              Assured Return stopped and No possessions so far

              Not picking phone calls from omaxe office whenever dialing.
              No progress from Omaxe ITC office is updated.
              Assured Return is stopped since last 02 years.

              No Ppssession of premier ITC premier suit.

              Facing Problem with OMAXE unit ID KRCS/456

              Hi CRD and Leadership Team.

              1-Since I filled the form I am suffering with omaxe customer service .During the form submission I filled my address as Hn 118 vibhav khand 1 gomti nagar and Omaxe team sent my allotment letter to wrong address which Hn 118 Vibhuti Khand 1 gomti nagar.which address I never filled in the form, you can check also.
              2-When I called the omaxe lucknow offfice they said to visit the office and collect...

              I have purchased a office space in OMAXESUN. My unit no. is 315. I was assured by the company you will get quarterly assured return on your invested amount. My first assured return was due on 15/01/2022 which was received after many calls and follow up in Feburary-2022. My next assured return was to be received on 15/04/2022 but till today after many calls and messages i was told by Shewta Kaith dealing matter that we have no funds. We will give you your assured return when we have funds. she said you can call to any one on any authority we do not care any one. Her attitude was very rude. Why a well known brand has this type of staff having no manners to talk. I am totally helpless to get my assured return. Kindly advice me how can i get my assured return on time.

                It is not a single day gone when you power supply provide more than 12 to 14 hours in a day. today light is gone since 6 AM
                Last week gone 5AM TO 5.30 PM. It is a daily routine of power cut more than 6 to 12 hours
                You are requested to please assured to provide regular power supply at Omxce Bhadurgarh sector 15

                  I booked a commercial unit OCPK/2404 on the name of my mother Prem lata yadav in 2017.
                  &
                  Omaxe commit an assured return of rs 17041/month.
                  But they did not transact any amount since last 2 years.
                  &
                  None of the official give response on call or emails.
                  Possession payment done on march, 2020.
                  But no possession till date.
                  Very bad behaviour of the employes.

                    Multiple issues at omaxe eternity vrindavan

                    I am resident of Krishna 4d, 002, Omaxe eternity, vrindavan.
                    Every other day there is issue of water supply in the morning, outside corridor cleaning is pathetic, water drainage is a big problem resulting in water logging inside house. No one responds to complaints for permanent solutions....

                    The Builder omaxe has provided an agreement for assured return to my wife, this agreement has serious flaws in it and our case against Omaxe is ongoing people with assured return agreements from 2007 onwards in any project of Omaxe may contact me on [protected], or drop a whatsapp message if I do not recieve your call, possibility of a major settlement is very possible due to this flawed and fraudulent agreement.                       I booked a flat with OMAXE under their Project "The Lake Chandigarh" having client id TLC/868 in the year 2015 under Subvention Scheme and at that point of time the Builder had promised to hand over the possession in the year 2018

                      Even after over 7 years the Builder is yet to handover the possession of flat and on the top of it now the the Builder has started defaulting on Payment of EMI Interest. As per Subvention scheme clause the Builder was suppose to bear the EMI Interest till the handing over of possession. I am loosing on both fronts and doesn't know what to do?

                              I have Property in omaxe cannaught pal ce Noida. My property I'd is OCPK1324 and i am not received payment for last one year. Sanjay is the gay how think he is the owner of company. Never replied and when ever he pick the phe always talk rude. I leave near kakaji near your office but i respect your management. Request seniors plz replace him and pl confirm for which month i start getting payments. One year long time every thing is normal and not received payments. Sorry we create a omaxe Shop owner group to file complaint if this is not short out.

                                I have invested my hardened earn money in Omaxe company project INTT Mullanpur, New Chandigarh since 6 years. Company promised to pay 11% assured return of invested amount but never recieved income on time. Every time delayed of 2 to 4 months and fron last 6 to 8 months i havent recd return.. requesting the company again n again on mails for assured return transfer but no reply from the side nor they share thr executives or higher authorities number for communication.. request u kindly help me to take a refund of my hardened amount..fake company fake promisess

                                  Refund cheque not received and it's been 3 years

                                  Hello,

                                  We paid an amount to buy a flat in OMAXE HEIGHT SONIPAT and was allotted flat no. 805 in the name of Kamaljit Kaur. We decided not to go ahead with buying the flat and according to the contract we are now entitled to get back our intial application money but not the allotment money we paid and it's been more than a decade that we have been requesting the refund of our money that we are entitled to.
