We had bought a flat in The lake Omaxe property at new chandigarh. There was tripartite agreement done 3 years back that emi will start after offer for possession .Property is not built yet but bank has started deducting emi from my account.

Electric not supply in my flat. Maintenance department not solve problems.

Flat no 208, EWS Flat, sector 15, bahadurgarh, jhajjar, haryana....

Staff was so rude nd impolite specially new manager he think he own this society, , uneducated manager don't know how to talk to women, arrogant man, , I live on rent and planning to buy 3 bhk but after this manager behavior 'I've Changed my mind, , 👎🏻

Please be informed that from past two months we are facing water seepage problem in our unit no. ORL 177 T1- Flat No. 1601 Accaia-C, Omaxe Residency -II. Though many complaints have been made in your Omaxe-Lucknow office, but the problem remains unresolved.

Currently, I have got interior work done in my Flat and due this seepage problem, some part of my interior is getting severely affected. Undersigned has already informed Omaxe Authorities( Ms. Soni, Mr Ishwar, Mr Batra) from past two month about this problem, but every time they have made temporary arrangement of getting this fixed.

From past two month almost every week this water seepage problem occurs, which in turns is damaging my wall paints and interior work. Moreover at times, I have to shutdown complete electricity of the house due to this leakage problem, else it would have been resulted in a short-circuit or fire.

For your reference some pics are attached.

Following up regularly with authorities form past two months on the same issue actually make me feels that I am getting harassed by Omaxe for buying a house and investing so much. Kindly note that, I will be posting the same in all social media platforms and also will be charging Omaxe for the damage occurred to my interior and wall paints due this seepage problem.

Request to kindly look in to the problem and arrange to provide permanent solution for this problem.

Soni verma of lucknow, vibhuti khand office in department of ssl . Have a very poor behaviour towards her customer plus she misguides them on phone calls and then asks for proof in a rude way that she is the one who did it . She has a behavioural problem . Her way of dealing with us is not satisfactory .
Hope omaxe looks into this problem .
And I'm hoping of of a wriiten apology letter from Soni Verma . Her poor behaviour and misguiding has created many problems to us

Mr.Sanjay in Omaxe kalkaji office is very misbehaving person, he doesn't co-operate and always says go legally, the company doesn't care. My full and final payments are long due

Omaxe provide me a assured rent against it in each quarter.
I have visit many times in omaxe office for the rental against the qtr 4.
Amount due on 31st March.
But till today I don't have received the amount.
Please do something.

I am residing at omaxe city block e sonipat for last few days the electricity power cut happening in the township. This is not for this summers but it's been for last many years we all are facing the problem of power cut during the summers. Kindly see the concern and try to resolve this on priority.

What type of mafia is controlling the departments who don't want to listen or rectify the complaints of people living in omaxe galleria bahadurgarh...no water, no security, no authorities who can be contacted in case of emergencies or need, various other factors which are not taken care of...
Never ever buying any property in omaxe...worst services...
If anybody is reading this complaint and can do slightest intervention in this...do it...otherwise next we are going to higher administration of this area

Hey i reside in omaxe city city homes.
We are mostly facing shortage of water and electricity.
I really don't understand that I am really living in a society or in village because we face such things in village only.
Either you change the name into omaxe village instead of omaxe city.
We will not be in any doubt than.

I am resident of omaxe Ludhiana...royal view premium...the guard Navdeep Singh misbehaved with me...he sits at the front of the building in between... leaving no space for residents...I complaint it to the security officer...but he did not bother...pl look into

Even after multiple verbal complaints I hv been forced to write down this... There is no cleaning of stairs at omaxe city rohtak happy homes.. there is one lady who seldom comes even after multiple complaints... Need to look into this and kindly change the staff cos she will never learn

I am a resident of Omaxe panorama city home bhiwadi Rajasthan. Road from society entrance to city homes has been damaged and suffering lot of dust issue and car damage. It damaged due to poor construction of road, heavy vehicle transportation during project work. Many times it is informed to Omaxe but they told that after completion of project it will be repaired but yet nothing done. We need immediate support to complete this work as soon as possible.

I am not receiving my monthly assured returns from the last year. Nobody picked up the calls...what should i do...how will i pay the bank installments of bank...I need a solution

Good afternoon, this is one of the resident of omaxe-ii, galleria, in bahadurgarh, haryana. This is on the behalf of all the residents that despite of paying maintenance, there is no regular and sufficient water supply in the society. Water comes in 2-3 days and that too for 30-45min. Water tanks of capacity 1000ltr does not get filled even at 3rd day then how can a family servive in this much of water and quality of water which is given in this quantity is also very very poor. Water stinks like sewage water and not at all potable. Even not good enough to use for household works. It is getting very difficult for residents day by day to servive in such circumstances. Early in the morning, we alll starts to ask about water supply, no one reply for the same and till midnight it is like just in 1 or 2 hour water will be supplied. It is a humble request to the authority looking after the same that kindly pay attention to our problem and please resolve it. In this situation one cann't servive.

Hi,

I have allotted a plot A16 in omaxe city 2 bhiwadi location.

All payment has been completed in 2015 but still I have not getting the registry papers.

I also visited their head office in kalkaji delhi, They clarify that my plot payment has been completed, no dues pending from my end but after that they are demanding 25000 extra money for DDVS charges without any slip.

They said once you did the payment you will get your document with in a week.

Please advise what should I do ?

There is electricity fluctuations in omaxe city Rohtak.Tried to contact complaint no but contact no is not connected.This has become usual process in omaxe city rohtak.plz do the needful.complaint no is [protected].

Dear Omaxe Team,
I am owner of plot no 1091 Happy home omaxe city 1 Indore. I hear by inform you that your engineer (Mr. Deepak) has done wrong measurement of our plot. Instead of 1091 he has done measurement of 1093 and we have constructed our house on 1093 instead of 1091. The measurement was done not even once but thrice (twice before construction and once during process of borewell) by your engineer. We have witness also for that. we come to know from our neighbour of plot no 1111 as his plot is in opposite direction. We couldn’t identify the same as there was no numberings of plot by differentiator poll in our residential zone.
As we all know that possession letter given only after measurement of the plot. This is really unacceptable from omaxe team. We have informed local team in the beginning of Feb 2021 and also told that we won’t bear any financial outcome of the same. They agreed about it and told that it will be resolved through exchange deed or interchanging the plot no. but yet nothing confirmation get from omaxe team (Mr. Santosh panda, Ms. Sonali, Mr. Shekhar Yadav) except unreliable verbal communication (as they are saying that it will be resolved by next week to another week……already having more than six weeks).
Kindly confirm till when this will be shorted and provide us the assurance letter with your official letter head. You all siting relax at home but we are not. Its our hard earn money. Now we have no option other than complaining in a consumer forum and file an RTI inquiry.
Expecting a prompt reply and resolution from one of the leading real estate group in the bestest interest of its residents.

I am ashok kumar living in plot no. A16 sector 14 omaxe galleria Jhajjar road bahadurgarh Haryana -124507.

Drainage pipes are completely blocked, I have also inform omaxe team bahadurgarh, but no body has take action from 1 month, my house is in under construction for final completion.
I requested please take action to resolve such problem immediately, otherwise I have to go to another way to take action.

We pay maintenance charge in adwance then also we face such type of difficulty.
No sweeper no cleaning
