Hi Sir, I have property in your reputed property omaxe Connaught place because of covid i can understand no payment of commitment payment but i am thankful that i trust faithful company who care for there investors. As per company policy i received payment again with first of all 25% than 50% and i am hope full when every thing is right i received full payment.
Issue is this sir i have not received payment from August and till now. Harsha in kalkaji office is not responding well not even pick call and i have not information when i received my pending payment.
Please share any responsible person number whom i contact for this issue because Harsha is not responding well. Request you please do needful at lest response.

The Builder omaxe has provided an agreement for assured return to my wife, this agreement has serious flaws in it and our case against Omaxe is ongoing people with assured return agreements from 2007 onwards in any project of Omaxe may contact me on [protected], or drop a whatsapp message if I do not receive your call, possibility of a major settlement is very possible due to this flawed and fraudulent agreement.     Dear Concern,

    This is regarding a real-estate company OMAXE Ltd. which I thought to be one of the best names in the real estate market. But the episode which happened with me totally blew my good perception about this company and has made me to believe that these agents are no less than fraudsters when it comes to money. They turn Realty into a nightmare!

    I had been in search of property for many years but was afraid of putting my money into some unsafe hands so I decided to put my money into OMAXE in 2006 for the project in PALM GREEN MU Sector Greater Noida, UP, India.

    On listening to so many promising aspects we (Vinod Dube & Ankita Dube – husband and wife) booked a flat which was supposed to be 1700 sq.ft. and paid a sum of close to Rs. 10, 94, 375 lacs through cheques against registration# GNMU/284 received by the company.

    1. That I/ We have booked a Residential Flat/ Villa/ Plot bearing unit No 1003 in _Peach Palm C______________Tower admeasuring __1700______ sq.ft. proposed to be built/ developed in ____Sector Mu___________ at __Greater Noida__________herein after referred to as the said “Unit”) by M/s. ________________________________________________________________________________... (hereinafter referred to as the “said Company”).

    2. That I/ We have made payment of Rs._10, 94, 375_________(Rupees Ten Lakhs Ninty Four Thousands and Three Seventy Five_____) towards the booking and installment of the said Unit in the aforesaid project and the Company has issued the following Receipt(s) to me/ us.

    i) Receipt No. 8844284___ dated _05/10/2006_____ for Rs. 640, 000 (Rupees Six Lakhs Forty Thousands )_____________________
    ii) Receipt No. 325375/V________ dated 09-SEP-08______ for Rs. 454, 375 (Rupees Four Lakhs Fifty-Four Thousands Three Hundred Seventy-Five)_____________________
    iii) Receipt No. _________ dated ______ for Rs. _____________________
    iv) Receipt No. _________ dated ______ for Rs. _____________________

    We gave a written request to OMAXE for refunding the amount since they did not fulfil the conditions of the scheme and cancelled my allotment without my consent, so we had officially submitted all required documents on Oct 4, 2019 to get my money as full refund along with interest. They said it would be refunded within 3-4 months.

    We again approached multiple times, more than 50 times in the last one year about the status of my refund progress and update on GNMU/284!
    This was the recent email communication on Omaxe official email id.

    But, till now we haven’t got the money back and the company officials have been playing gimmicks around the same indefinitely.

    We met following officials multiple times and the last meeting was done on Oct 4th 2019 in Kalkaji Omaxe office at New Delhi as well but they too applied arm-twisting methods on us like they gave an option to refund our booking amount along with interest. The below are the highly officials of OMAXE whom we met –

    Ms. Rakhi Beriwal – VP Commercials - [[protected]@omaxe.com]
    Mr. Pradeep Kumar – Collected all required documents for refunding the money on Oct 4 2019 - [[protected]@omaxe.com]

    And another (lady) Aanchal using [protected]@omaxe.com who keeps communicating regularly on behalf of Ms. Rakhi and Pradeep. But, the communication done by Aanchal is just gimmicks and no real action done to get the refund received in full.

    We would request you to help get us our HARD EARNED MONEY back from OMAXE as this is our 6-7 years savings for purchasing a house. I and my wife have worked tirelessly to give a better and secure future to our child. Now, it’s more than 14 years in a row and we haven’t got my money back from Omaxe until date.

          Hi sir
          My name is shweta banerjee and this is a complaint about drainage water leakage in omaxe city 1, mayakhedi, indore, mp. Near my villa which is 1700 in omaxe city their is a open drainage which is causing lot of problems such as people cannot walk around the area and it smells too bad. Now the situation has become so worse that we cannot even sit at home because the smell has entered in our homes. We cannot stay like this please resolve this issue. This is been an ongoing issue for over 2 months. We have complaint numerous times and still issue persist.

            I am Rohit nechawala omaxe city 1 Indore plat no 1687 Shubhangan all problem and pic attached so kindly look this problem and improve omaxe brand name according I have buy plot but all facility very poor attached in mail down side. If purchase time omaxe told me our dranage systum open yaa dranage water flow frount of your home so I never purchased properly in omaxe also never suggests any one.

            Till now not solved complain. I will not give maintanance because last two year not provide proper service thos ask omaxe light, dranage, cleaning, security guard, water and other all . So which serive regarding give maintains.

                I purchased plot omaxcity mayakhedi indore no.146 and purchased 2012. Now after retirement i planned to construct house. I found tjat 5 larg tree on near my plot. Main entrance and vehicle parking and vehicle gate interrupt these trees.. I requested several times omax staff and mail and twitter also sent to md of omax but no response recd.. Today mr jaiswal omax staff indore called me and intimated these trees may be shifted by owner with nagar nigam permission
                Plot allotted omax and tree planned by omax without planning and now not agree toshift trees
                I m not able to construct due to obstruction by tree.. It is requested tohelp me as i m retired person. Bhupesh mehra.

                  I have booked a flat ocif/first/472 in omaxe cassia - mullanpur, chandigarh on 7th june 2013 with a commitment of omaxe to deliver it by july 2015, but its possession has not been given to me till date.
                  I have paid all the instalments timely & even a sum of rs. 37.38 against rs.32.21 as demanded stands paid since long back.
                  I have booked it well in advance to reside, fulfil my family obligations & to shift permanently on retirement on 31.05.2020.
                  I am leading a retired life & is in utter need of cited house.
                  Omaxe by not fulfilling its commitment has cheated & has breached the agreement.
                  It is requested for immediate action to-
                  1. Refund the deposited money with up to date interest of 12%
                  Or
                  2. Hand over the possession of cited house & if it is still in construction stage, intimate its date of completion & handing over of possession thereof.
                  Or
                  3. Allot an alternate completed similar flat of 1725sqft in cassia.
                  Or
                  4. Allot a bigger flat in adjacent lane on rates prevalent in june, 2013 with an extra amount due to me after adjusting the amount paid by me with upto date interest & penlatity amount dueon omaxe forv delay in handing over of booked flat as per terms of agreement

                      Please pay me maturity amount of Rs 1 Lakh immediately by transferring the amount to my Bank account whose details are already available with you.

                        I booked a flat in Omaxe Residency Phase II, Sarsawan, Lucknow in 2011. After a series of delays in construction and Registration, I finally got it registered in January 2020. But eversince then, I haven’t received the possession. The authorities tried to handover an incomplete flat to me in March 2020 with a long list of pending things including water connection, power connection, POP work, washroom fittings, and so on. Obviously, I refused the hand-over and was promised completion within 1 week. Subsequently, there was nation-wide lockdown and work halted. I kept writing to Omaxe to get update and was informed in April that there is delay due to lockdown. I never heard anything since then. Despite my repeated concerns that maintenance should be charged only after handing-over the flat (which they have charged for 1 year in advance), they never replied to my concern. Now, on 2nd Aug 2020, I receive a letter from Omaxe stating that they offered me possession in October 2019 (3 months before Registry) and I have been delaying the possession for which I have to pay a penalty @ Rs 5 per sq ft per month. This is a stunning bundle of lies and exposes them as to how they treat their customers who never defaulted at any stage. It should be, infact, me who should be asking for compensation from Omaxe for the delays that they are causing. I demand apology from Omaxe, withdrawal of this letter, prompt completion of my flat and due compensation for the delays caused at various stages.

                            I had booked a flat in 'the lake capean d' project in mullanpur in 2015 and i was told that i would get the possession by june, 2018.                               My Fixed Deposit no 026844 in the name of Anjana Prasad which Matured on 11th June 2020, maturity Amount Rs 5, 55, 102/- and upon its maturity, was not paid till date.
                              I have requested and messaged multiple times to Mr Sudhangshu and Mr Dheeraj Tiwari for this payment as I'm in urgent dire need of this money as my parents are old retired Senior Citizen and has regular monthly medical expenses. Also, I'm currently unemployed with no source of income and School Fees of my Children are due from past 3 months and unable to pay due to lack of funds and going thru financial problems...Corona pandemic has given me some breathing time and extension for payment of these fees.
                              I got unsatisfactory & indefinite response from Mr Sudhangshu and Mr Dheeraj towards payment of my this FD money but absolutely ZERO response from Mr Sandeep Singhal as he never either picked up the call nor responded back on my messages sent to him on Whats App.

                              Kindly help and suggest how to recover money from these Cos.

                                Sub: Complaint regarding theft of bicycle and failure of street lights.

                                Sir,

                                It is most respectfully submitted that I reside along-with family at Flat No.530, First Floor, Omaxe City Phase 2, Palwal and working with District Court, Saket as a Judicial Assistant. I am the owner of another property also i.e. Plot No.731, Phase 2, Omaxe City, Palwal. It means, I am paying double maintenance.

                                Sir, In the morning of 18 July 2020 at about 5:05 AM, a bicycle bearing No. K1940318, KROSS MAXIMUS model, MTB Frame style with front disk brake, bright red colour (orange mix), has been stolen by unknown person which was standing under the stairs at the ground floor. The cost of cycle in question was Rs.7000/- (Rs. Seven thousand only).

                                I came to know about the said incident at about 7:00 AM. I tried to search everywhere in the society but not found. At the main gate of phase 2, there was no guard on duty and their room/office was found closed. After that, I told about the said incident to Mr. Pradeep, Security supervisor through mobile. He replied that he has not having a contact number of that guard who was on duty at the night. After that I called Managar of omaxe city. He provided a mobile number of Security Head Mr. Yogesh. When I called him, he assured me to look into the matter.

                                After that I informed Mr. Harish, Technical Officer, Head Office-Omaxe House, Kalkaji, Delhi but no favorable reply received with the statement that all the matters like this will be taken by the Manager of Omaxe City, so, call him. All the conversations were recorded and saved in my phone.

                                Sir, this is already dt. 20.07.2020, time 8:00 AM, more than 48 hours passed but no CCTV footage is provided to help me to arrest the thief. In the meanwhile, the thief must will have gone so far from the bars/custody.

                                WHAT IS THE GRATE SECURITY SYSTEM YOU HAVE, WHICH YOU PROVIDE TO THE RESIDENTS OF YOUR SWEET DREAM HOMES?

                                On the other hand, few days back, a snake (black cobra) was seen. I along-with other residents tried to catch up but he ran. After that the snake was seen two times but again he ran. On the forth time, when he sat on our stairs, we killed him. Any incident could be happened by snake bite because of your street light failure. After that, I made a complaint to Mr. Harish, technical officer as well as Manager of Omaxe regading street lights which were not working since 5 months.

                                Sir, after considering the situation and taking all things into our mind, the conclusion is that you have no right to charge any maintenance or other charges/fee which were collected you forcefully from the residents and I am not liable to pay any maintenance from now.

                                  Hi team.
                                  I have submitted form 4117 with my wife name sonali and my name shyamji mishra in omaxe for bhagat singh enclave and my lottery not drew. Now i have submitted my documents 2time to return my amount but since last one month. No one respond
