This is to bring i'm your detail that we have been facing this problem from past 2 months n no action for repair of leakage pipe has been taken despite of numerous and uncountable complaints already done to authorities here... Project manager, or whatever they say... If omaxe can intervene and do something in this regard... Or this is the facility or comfort omaxe is providing to its residents... That the authority they have appointed hardly listen to public and behave as wholly silly here... They give a deaf ear to our complaints and dont even give a # about it...

I would like to inform you that, my plot no. Sib/1947 in subhagan balyakhedi, indore m. P. Which is purchase by me and for that i have already paid total full payment to omaxe of the plot before 3, month but indore staff they are not doing registry of my plot. Everyday tells me new-newly rules. Sir i have financed from bank so, i am doing paid interest to bank for last 3, month and i have to process of construction of home but without submitting registy in bank, i can not this work. Pls. Request you done my registry of my plot and tell me date of registry.

Facility plus, omaxe new chandigarh, mulla pur, punjab - flat no 431, ff, silver birch - about your executive mr ankur bakshi. He handled and promised to resolve my issue with facility plus waiver of penalties last year july 2018 but after i transferred 1 lacs inr amount since then he stooped responding and denying our communication. Facility plus just sent me letter now on 1st feb 2019 asking to deposit 45000 inr. Below has all communication proof with mr ankur bakhshi.
Hi bakhshi ji, please go through our previous whatsapp communication, after our discussion last year in july, you advised me transfer 1 lacs then remaining penalties would be waived off, i forwarded you transfer proof then electricity & water bill was restored for my tenant.
My tenant are paying maintenance bill for water& electricity regularly every month.
Proof of payment is attached.

Today my tenant contacted me about facility plus letter about dues of 45000!
Can you please sort it out urgently with facility plus to stop sending this dues letter!

I am nri customer for omaxe with long term relationship.
Now i am forced to take this matter to pmo office via our nri grievances cell.
If matter is not resolved urgently and i would sue company and take omaxe to consumer forum court.

Hope for urgent positive response from company side

There is no water supply in my flat for past two days at jaipur executive homez. I complained to customercare @ shanvi twice but no action has been taken till now.
Not even single drop of water from any tap in my home. The local staff are harassing. They are lying that complaint was never filed and the electrician raju says that water was filled in tank but was emptied overnight. I am living alone and there is no other occupant on my side of building, and i have paid full maintenance, then why no water supply.
This company is cheats and harrassing after taking more than 3000 rs. As maintenance every month.

Immediate resolution requested from Omaxe:-

Last year january, I have bought flat at Omaxe NRI City, Greater Noida on resale .As per the original document one parking is allocated against my Flat No 103, Tower-2, but no copy of allocation letter was issued by omaxe.

Since last 6 months I am requesting Omaxe to locate the designated parking but no response response received.

I have requested Omaxe Customer care team several times and also submitted request letter to provide a copy of parking allocation letter, but no response from Omaxe.

Sir, i am mr abhay rajopadhye, i had rented a flat in omaxe city 2 manglia indore since february 2018, before vacating and handling over the flat i had assured that the flat is in proper condition, after paying electricity bill, when i asked for my refund of 3600rs, firstly i was given assurance later while in office i was verbally abused and even they tried to keep me hostage. I am still capable to file a case in police station as i have video proof, kindly look into the matter

We are allotted flat e-603 acacia in omaxe r-2 gomti nagar extn lucknow scheme. We had been paying the instalment on time as per the demand of the builder. I am finally due for my retirement in mid november from my army service and need to settle down in our selected place of residence.
The flat was booked with great hope and seeing the advertised dates of completion so that we could peacefully settle down before retirement. However till now i. E. Sep 2018 i have no definite assurance of completion of my booked flat despite our numerous personal interactions with the office of the omaxe.
We request that our flat be complete construction and handed over to us before my retirement from service as the original dates have been continuously being postponed.

This is to bring you in notice and for recommended action that myself hemant shrivastava, plot owner of the plot no 893, omax city, phase-1, bypass road, mayakhadi, indore wants to lodge a complaint regarding stp construction near my plot.
Last week when we visited our plot, we found under constructed stp i. E salvaged treatment plant near my plot. This was not proposed earlier and neither informed to us. This new development has certainly raised our concern and worries. I have strong objections regarding this stp because of following points

1) this will result in stink and make the atmosphere unhealthy, stp plant should
Always be away from the resident’s area (Which was not in the plan)
2) because of this, property rates will get affected.
3) this stp plant is sharing common boundary with the temple, this is not acceptable, as people visiting template were suffered and it will polluted the atmosphere

I sincerely request you to please hold this stp plants and do not plan any sewage-cleaning activist. I also want assurance from omaxe planning and maintenance department regarding stopped of this stp plants

We would like to inform you that i work with omaxe infrastructure & construction ltd in 2010-11. That time company is subsidiary company of omaxe ltd. Company deducted tax 30563 but company not shown in 26 as. Here form 16 is attached which shown that tax is deducted from my salary. So i requested you to give instructions to omaxe ltd to deposit tax. I also requested to you that notice send to omaxe ltd because he is main company of omaxe infrastructure & constructions ltd, is closed. I contact many times to omaxe hr and income tax department (Omaxe ltd) but they are not given response.

kumar residence of bahadurgarh want to state that I had purchased a shop at omaxe galliria bahadurgarh.Shop no.33 was allocated to me and i was also submitting the installments on time but when entity was physically accessed it does not exist.This seems to be case of fraud .When contacted by authorities they said that 33no. Shop GFnever existed.All the supported documents are attached as snaps .Already hand written application for resolving this matter already submitted to kalka ji office didnt got any response till date.So please carify the issue as earlier as possible to avoid our mental harras ment.please reply immediately action taken by you with in next 7 working days either by post or by email.Similar is case with shop no. 33 first floor. Thst is allocated to mr. Deepak Kumar.Documents attached as proof.

It has been highly painfull and irresponsive behaviour and services i have been receiving from the maintenance department of the omaxe eternity vrindavan.

There has been no maintenance, big water crisis because no body is being accountable here and it has been consistent through out year. Society is 80% empty with the flats and maintenance has been taken from every one but no positive revert at all.
Now mr. Ravindra dagar is hading the department of maintenance. And has highly insensitive and irregular behaviour

I am putting all out problem down.

1. Water is supplied to us is full of dirt
And clay. Not proceed and purified at all condition of water is pathetic. Even supplied with the worm.

2. Roads and breakers of the society is broken.

3. Streetlight are not in proper shape and
Bulbs are fused lights are broken.

4. How the fund of maintenance is being used. No accountability and transparency.

5. At the two ground floor flats of the our building are allowed to run private canteen
For the people of a big hospital. As used commercial use of in residential society.
100s of the people come on the regular basis to the canteen throw used tissues, disposal cups and glass in the society. Make it un-tyedy. I have told them countless time but no action taken.
They people have made fount road as pickup point for since morning to night, hundreds of the taxes comes and go.
I can not understand how management of omaxe can allow any sort of commercial activities in residential flats.

6. All fire extinguisher cyender taken out all from whole our block of meera 1 around a year before without any intimation. When i confirmed later, then told me by management that all cyender are taken off for service (Gas filling).
But i guess, those all have been placed on
New projects, at present no fire system is available in premises.

I have been to omaxe project at new chandigarh four times as i wish to buy a fresh category flat there. But to my utter disappointment, despite my so many visits, i was not shown at least one unit which was up for sale.
During last visit on[protected] madam reena was so arrogant that she not even bothered to wait for us and went alone to the project. We located after some difficulty and she told us to look at the flat by ourselves and went back. Next day sh tejinder jaryial called us and asked us to reach there. We reached and waited for two hours but he did not turned up and we went back as i had to leave outstation.

You are requested to counsel the staff as i wish to visit omaxe on[protected].

I have booked a flat in omaxe meadow blossoms in 2014 but this project was in hold due to some market issue, so i have asked to adjust my money in other project by broker mr. Vipin (Representative from omaxe bhiwadi) and later he convinced by giving cheque against the paper singed by me.
Now after 2 months also, he is not going to make proper balance as per given cheque and these cheques are bounced 2 times.

Please help and take action on these fraud agent which are working for omaxe and demolishing the image of a brand company - omaxe immediately.

I had visited jaipur–ajmer site OMAXE LTD. on 5th sep2017, there i met to one of your
company associates RohitMadilla.He has told me about the flat left on that particularsite
and showed me 2BHK flat second floor(321)in“SHUBHANGAN”.I and my wife
liked the flat, he told me to pay some booking amount for flat and he also assured us
by saying that your entire booking amount will be refunded if for any reason u cancel
the booking.Unfortunately due to some financial problem in my family, i am seeing myself
unable to pay the flat cost ahead so i have to cancel the booking which i made by paying
amount of Rs.51000/-on 5thsep17(chequeno.560759)and in this regard i already had
talked to your associate Rohit in the last week of September but he is not giving me any
respone very poor service, so kindly refund my money as 51000/-Rs. is not a
small amount for me and its urgently require to me .your irresponsible associates are forcing my steps to go consumer forum for the help.once again at last i want to say kindly refund my entire booking amount as soon as possible.

Omaxe group is a very big cheater. Never trust them and don't even think of buying any property with them.
Seven years ago, i purchased a shop from them and after giving money for possession of shop, i was given shop no 186. But now, when i recently visited the mall, i got to know that they change my shop place without even telling. I inquired about the same so many times but they never responded properly. Till now, they don't listen to my any complaint. They are not even willing to give rent and just keep on pushing years and years for rent to be received. Their staff is very rude and don't listen to complaints and act as if they don't have any fault.
Once your money is gone to them, their tone and promises will change. I will not recommend to anyone to buy property from it.
