Omaxe — maintenance | |
We own two flats in omaxe panorma city bhiwadi. These are jasmine b003 in the name of renu chauhan & vijay pal singh chauhan and other jasmine c 004 in the name of suman chauhan. The storm water drainage system is completely chocked as the pits at various places are filled with the construction material like sand brick pieces etc. The pits were covered without cleaning the pits which has resulted in back flow of rain water. During rain, the back water stagnates on the floor of the flats and it becomes difficult to stay in the the flats till it is drained by temporary measures. The issue has been brought to the notice of the maintenance staff several times but they also adopt the temporary method instead of cleaning the pits and the drainage line. Every time we have to request them to take measures to clean the line and they simply do it in a way that we should wait for the next rainy day and after great persuation they will come again to scold us. We have been timely paying the maintenance charges @ of rs.2875/- upto 7/17 and 2950 from 8/17. What is the justification of these charges when no one is going to listen to the legitimate demand of the maintenance.in case the grievance is not met out we will be constrained to stop payment as morally you cease to make any claim whatsoever. It is a moral teasing of the consumer. We request you to direct the concerned to take immediate satisfactory action to avoid any misgivings. Was this information helpful? | |
