Omaxe — Misbehave with customer

Hello,
I am Arun Sing, Plot No 980 -A in Omaxe City 1 at Indore. From last five days ontinuously I am visiting in your office which is in Orbit Mall regarding complete the registry formalities. When I visited I have to wait 2 to 3 hrs but after that I didn't get proper response from anyone, also the security guy are not aware to behave with a customer. Just I want to know that will expect like this or it necessary to behave with customer. Expecting your reply.
