I have following property with your OMAXE in OCP and ITC:-
1) LOWER GROUND FLOOR, SHOP No. - 711 & 715 in OCP
2) 14th Floor Studio Apartment - 1422
I have contacted OMAXEOfficials a number of times for release of out standing dues to the tune of Rs 9 LAKHS and regularisation of Monthly "ASSURED RETURNS". But it has always fallen on deaf ears. I spoke to their SUCCESSIVE CRMs over the last one year but to no avail. While it is understood that during CORONA Pandemic there was complete standstill but now the market is in full swing and there is no reason for them not to fulfill their obligation which is also my legal right. Also the assurance that the pending money will be paid in bits and pieces appears to be just an excuse. Now it is high time that we have been calling them over and over again on this issue and they should have resolved the matter. I am not even mentioning their promise of LEASE ASSURANCE post AR.
I will request the Customers of OCP and ITC to come together and join their hands to compel them in fulfilling thier obligation and make the management of these properties effective to bring a new lease of life into them so that the prospect of future return is ensured... If a whats App group exit in this regard, I will request someone to add as well...
