I had visited jaipur–ajmer site OMAXE LTD. on 5th sep2017, there i met to one of your company associates RohitMadilla.He has told me about the flat left on that particularsite and showed me 2BHK flat second floor(321)in“SHUBHANGAN”.I and my wife liked the flat, he told me to pay some booking amount for flat and he also assured us by saying that your entire booking amount will be refunded if for any reason u cancel the booking.Unfortunately due to some financial problem in my family, i am seeing myself unable to pay the flat cost ahead so i have to cancel the booking which i made by paying amount of Rs.51000/-on 5thsep17(chequeno.560759)and in this regard i already had talked to your associate Rohit in the last week of September but he is not giving me any respone very poor service, so kindly refund my money as 51000/-Rs. is not a small amount for me and its urgently require to me .your irresponsible associates are forcing my steps to go consumer forum for the help.once again at last i want to say kindly refund my entire booking amount as soon as possible.
