I placed an order on on oct 21, 2019. Order id od[protected]
Lg 32inch hd tv from seller : omnitechretail, qty: 1
Expected delivery by monday, oct 28, 2019. & product reached on nearest hub on dt oct 26, 2019 at 12.15 pm
But till date product no delivered and not received at location
Now no response from the delivery person. This item was picked by gati courier.
I m purchase this tv for diwali gift but diwali no over. This product is prepaid order and amount paid to seller on oct 21, 2019 but till date no update from flipkart and logistic patner
I am continusly call to flipkart executive as well as senior person ignore my issue and not take action to seller or logistic patnar. Seller used my money more than 19-20 day without any product.
There for i want to compesation from seller to used my money more than 20 day and dealy of order as well as get confimation to delivery date.
