Dear team Omnitech retail,
This is in reference to my order of Carrier split ac. I ordered it through flipkart application on prepaid basis. The delivery was expected on 14th of April 2024. I tried to contact with delivery person but unfortunately, he didn't pick up my calls after several attempts and after some time later he switched off his phone. Then I connected to Flipkart team for more information regarding my order delivery and got response from flipkart team that you should wait for 11 PM it will be delivered because expected delivery time is 9 AM to 11 PM. Suddenly at 7:48 PM on same day I received a message that your order has been successfully delivered, but it is not delivered and yet not delivered.
I immediately connected again with customer team regarding this issue they informed me that I have escalated an issue to concern team and they will resolve your issue. In the next morning I got an email confirmation that your issue has been resolved while it is still unresolved. I again connected to customer team they again given me time to resolve the issue. The message I got that your issue is resolved while it is still unresolved after 7 days. It seems a fraud with me done by flipkart team. Because I am only chasing regarding this issue, a single response of acknowledgement not received by flipkart till date. Only they are saying our back-end team is working on it and they will provide resolution.
Now today they are saying that seller did not respond to my query, we are not getting any updates from seller that’s why we are unable to resolve your problem. Kindly check and provide your clarifications on that.
I have already logged a case of fraud done by flipkart team in consumer court as well as local police station. I have everything in my record.
