Dear team Omnitech retail,

This is in reference to my order of Carrier split ac. I ordered it through flipkart application on prepaid basis. The delivery was expected on 14th of April 2024. I tried to contact with delivery person but unfortunately, he didn't pick up my calls after several attempts and after some time later he switched off his phone. Then I connected to Flipkart team for more information regarding my order...

I have received used product when i buy from flipkart with omnitech retail seller.
Now seller is not giving full refund when i have returned the product.
Item total was 2959 but only 2359 rs refund received....

I want to tell u. I have purchased ac by Flipkart ondate 14/05/2022 payment by online 25490 & delivery date 15/05/2022 order no. OD[protected] Panasonic 1.5 ton window ac
But product not received & 19/05/2022 order cancel by seller, (Omni Tech Retail ) but refund not received till now...

Purchased AC from flipkart and got delivered on[protected]. Still my installation is pending and nobody is providing proper solution on this.

This a fake seller. Please don't order from this seller. They are selling cheap products. Also not taking care of customers issue. They don't have policy for quality issues of a product. Why someone will buy from this seller. They are fake, saying to make refund of the product but not doing it. Fake fake fake.

I ordered a product from flipkart - spacewood engineered wood king box bed. This product is defective and low quality....

Lg 32inch hd tv from seller : omnitechretail, qty: 1
Expected delivery by monday, oct 28, 2019. & product reached on nearest hub on dt oct 26, 2019 at 12.15 pm
But till date product no delivered and not received at location
Now no response from the delivery person. This item was picked by gati courier.
I m purchase this tv for diwali gift...
