Product is not delivered at given address and loose talking towards your service provider in khadki branch.
Product despatch from mumbai to pune 27july but not reached at me now till. When i talked him at this number [protected]. He did not give me satisfied answer. Kindly requeast take it seriously. Delivered my product at my given address as possible as

This was booked on 4.08.16 from Gurgaon, to reach Ghaziabad.
It has been around 8-9 day, that the shipment has not reached destination.
Moreover, the customer care is so unresponsive that no intimation has been given about the status of this particular courier.
A day before it has been told to me that the services have recently been stopped in the area where the parcel had to be delivered.
In that case, I have a pretty straight question,

Are you guys not educated enough to check the service area at the time of booking the parcel.
Yo wasted around 9 days. Some consignments might be urgent to be reached and in such a scenario who is responsible for the inconvinience caused.
Best part, you are not even responsible enough to tell the customer in time that you will not be able to provide service in the mentioned area.

Kindly deliver my registered courier at the given destination as it is your resposibility.

I have shipped a parcel by on dot couriers & cargo ltd on 29/07/2016. My shipment awb no. Is[protected].
But till date 11/08/2016 the courier didn't delivered the parcel. The parcel shiped from 1st floor, om complex, noida sector 15. The shipment destination was saharsa, bihar. Currently it shows that in transit. But the parcel cintains medicine so it was urgent to deleiver soon.
Please lodge a complain against the courier company.

A courier vide no.[protected] was booked from ghaziabad for dehradun on 5th of aug. 2016 but the same has not been delivered till 11th of aug. On checking with site two mobile no. Are shown one of which does not exist and other number most of the times remain busy. After trying for about one hour on the other number the response was that the same has been sent from there side to franchisee. Who is responsible for delivery by franchisee. Is it the responsibility of customer to keep on calling the various phone number to ensure delivery. Same situation had happended earlier also when the courier was delivered after talking to franchisee after about 10 days. This is negligence on the part of the courier company as they have to ensure the delivery.

Dear sir,
One of my courier (docket no.[protected] from zirakpur, punjab to satna m.p. I get this product which is actually Aloe Vera Gel, and is already laminated with polythene. Beyond this it reached to me today in damage position. It's price is 952/- INR. Please return it and give my claim as soon as possible. I am waiting for your reply.

Dear sir,
I would like to inform you that my parcel boked from jalandhar doc no.[protected] dated 15.07.16.

But till date 20.07.16 i cant received my parcel.
Cutomer care not received calls. Al numbers shown in their web is fake. All numbers are switched off.

Due to delay in sample i have lost my order of rs.10 lakh approx.

Please do the needfull.

On 27th june, i had sent 3 parcels

From domlur, bangalore 560071 to pune via ondot courier and cargo ltd. one of the parcels containing a brand new cooker worth rs.3395 was completely damaged due to careless handling by the courier company.
Even after sending several emails, the company is not responding and is not accepting our telephone calls.
Kindly look into this matter asap.

From last week, i am contacting them. earlier they said "let me to check your status but till now they are saying that it is on the way for delivery.

Hi my courier was picked from pathankot from 22/06/2016 and status shown on 24/06/2016 out for delivery. But yet not received my courier. Which is my important document which is required for my travel. I faced 1 lakh loss due to non delivery. I have follow up on number given to me they are not able to provide feedback. I will not recommend ondot courier in future to any one.

I had placed an order on Paytm.com on 25th May 2016 with Paytm order #[protected]. Hush Puppies Black Formal Shoes worth Rs.[protected]+100) Size10, but I got Size 8. So I requested Paytm.com for return, they said to ship it back to sellers address

And I sent the product return to the sellers address through ONDOT Courier with Docket no.[protected] on 3rd June 2016, and Courier Company said that they had Delivered the parcel on 15th June 2016.


I asked Ondot courier (Hyderabad) to mail me or whatsapp me the POD, they said me that "we had sent the POD to Nagpur" and at Nagpur nobody is receiving call or there phone number is not reachable. Then I managed to get a number of a fellow of Nagpur ONDOT Courier. That fellow told me that "sometimes POD comes sometimes not, so contact Paytm.com and share print of website showing status as DELIVERED"


Where Paytm.com is saying that “product/parcel is not received by the seller at sellers end, so we are unable to process refund”. Paytm Further said that "Please Share POD, and we will process the refund as soon as we will get POD".

So, I request you to please look in to my matter and get it solved. As my Rs 3799 + Rs 190 ( Courier charge) = Rs. 3989 ( ~Rs. 4000) got strucked

I booked courier at om courier on dated 30/05/2016 vide document no[protected] for hyderabad (Telangana). While tracking on your web site it shows that courier arrived at hyderabad on dated 6/6/2016 but not delivered till date. These are very important documents. You are requested to deliver the documents immediately. Other wise i have left no option to move in competent court.
