One 97 Communication — unwanted deduction in my account

I m nikita middha.in my saving account my money is deducting from last 3 to 4 months. I have not done any transaction like this. I m attesting the statement of my bank account. I want refund. There is three transaction in this month i. E ecom one 97 communication. And i m not getting the message regarding this deducting amount. Please resolve my query.
