One 97 Communication — Fraud or wrong transaction through paytm

On 16.12.2020 at around 1733 hrs I was making a payment of Rs150000 insurance policy of Sbi life insurance using sbi debit card through paytm but transaction was failed but as per message was displayed on screen but at the same time Rs75000 got deducted from my account. Even transaction history of paytm shows failed transaction of Rs 150000. Please reverse this transaction and credit my account with Rs75000. +3 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
