I have raise a insurance claim for mobile repair, due to rain my mobile got damage but insurance company clsoe my claim saying that its act of god.
See below mail -

Dear ekbal ahmad,
We would like to inform you that your service request number 3979052 has been closed on sat feb 16 14:01:40 ist 2019 in view of -

Reason: the damage is not due to accidental causes

Remarks: damage happened by rain water (Acts of god)
