[Resolved] One Assist — Cheating with customer in name of damage insurance | |||||
I have submitted my mobile to one assist for screen damage. However hand set was in fully working condition. It has been more than one month and I havent got anything. They are giving my handset value back after 40% depreciation and not repairing my handset. So I would like to tell you guys that do not trust on this company. Only recently when I filled for claim, I came to know that I am not eligible for the claim which is very disheartening. I don't understand why wasn't I told and informed that I wont be able to file the case again but told that I can refile it. I feel cheated by the company.
