Hi, The service of one assist is highly disappointing. I gave my 6s+ phone and all documents on 16th feb and raised a request for courtesy handset but no action has been taken so far. I got an email about estimation recieved and waiting for approval from one assist but nothing happened after that. It's been 22 days and i haven't had any update about my phone.always given wrong commitment. Could you please get back to me as soon as possible.
