Delay in Delivery of handset claimed for Insurance
Hello Everyone,
Am writing this mail with the high dissatisfaction regarding my complaint no (109928) as i have handed over my phone on May 23rd for accidental damage and they have taken more than 3 months to replace the handset and they do not have the information that when does the handset would get replaced and also i have payed the extra charges which was not covered under the insurance and after paying they have taken more than 6 weeks to replace the handset and One Assist Customer Representatives are really pathetic as everybody trys to escape instead of helping us out and some representatives names are Shaheen, Ali, Deepa, Manila and particularly who works in the backend department named as Amul he only knows to postpone the things and they are not giving a proper information whom to contact and also they always say that Team Leads or Supervisor are not available in the floor from past 2 months and really not sure how they run the show without Team Leads with this dumb representatives
Please look after this complain as i am at the peak level of disappointment as well as frustration for this delay & your fake commitment.
