[Resolved] One Assist — Excessive delay in providing service by service provider | |||||
I bought insurance of one assist for my phone(nexus 6) the first time when my phone got damaged I was harassed by one assist customer care and it took them 1 month to pick it up and it took them 6 months to repair it, now the second time it was delivered in 4 months ( 2 months lesser wow great ) and it was having some new problem with it, so I called them for the same, now they were like, we will revert you back soon and your phone will be picked up, repaired and delivered in 8 days and it was over 2 months no reply from them, I kept calling and every time same thing happend, finally one day my phone was picked up and now it's over 1 month they don't have any update of my phone where they promise the unrepaired phone will be repaired and delivered in 8 working days and the quality of the part repaired is worst they, are making fool of customers these type of companies should be banned, I told them I want my phone unrepaired and now they are not giving it back too, this should be taken seriously forum should take serious action against these type of companies, the customer(consumer ) should get their rights and it is the duty of provider to do so, rights of the constitution should not be violated.
