[Resolved] One Assist — insurance claim rejected | |||||
I have done my i phone x 64 gb mobile insurance from one assist company. at insurance time they told me you can claim 2 times in one year insurance time period . i have done one claim in august month and they told me phone is will repair and you have to pay 10% amount and i done that also but they don't repair they replace the mobile after that they told me your last policy is transfer to new imei no. of new phone . after that my phone theft from metro station noida on 9th October and i done FIR also and i raise the claim and they demand FIR copy cancelled check and other documents and i provide also and after documents verified they answer we can't accept claim because we change the phone in last claim . so please i want theft claim from one assist and want take necessary action on this type fraud with customer.
