Dec 29, 2021 Updated by [email protected] one assist not responsible enough to help an illiterate to claim her valid insurance policy. one assist team call her frequently with the language not known to her and misguides her to login with another new complaints and rejecting claim improper handling. one assist team rejects the claim without inspection of the mobile, customer care itself does this action one assist team rejects the claim through customer care representative even though all documents are correct and valid insurance policy Dec 30, 2021 Updated by [email protected] Mahesh from one assist team advised to get repaired from local vendor and claim refund later.
