I have taken insurance for my smart phone and when it was sold they mentioned that in case of any damages the phone would be repaired or replaced within 7 -10 days. I have given my smart phone to the company and they had ask me to pay 5% of the service charge which I did and now its been over a month and I have not got any response from them.
They acknowledge my emails and do not respond to the queries i ask them.
