Company asks to upload photos of my damaged phone and my govt id when i clearly said that i dont have another phone to take photos. To that they ask me to go to a photo studio to get a photo. When they can send a person to pick up the phone why cant he take the documents needed. So, as far i don submit the documents i cant cliam it seems. Which means that i wasted 800 on this stupid insurance company. They wont say all this while getting the insurance. = Emails from them: Dear ravichandra kulkarni With reference to your service request number 1960124, we request you to submit the required documents and images within 48 hours to process your claim with our insurance partner. To upload the documents and images, kindly click here. Please note that the documents requested on the website are mandatory for processing your claim. These documents are preliminary in nature and not exhaustive. Basis the documents/details submitted, the insurance company may require additional documents. In case of any further requirements, we will inform you accordingly on your registered email id. Warm regards, Team oneassist = My reply : Hi team, I dont have a second phone to take photos and upload the documents. Please send in your personnel to collect the documents and take photo of my phone and the phone as well. I can provide a photo copy of my adhaar card. Click on generate password 4. Enter your registered email id 5. You will receive an email from us on which you need to click on reset password. 6. Enter a new password and confirm. 7. Click on my memberships/claim, you will see your service request number 1960124. 8. Click on file a claim and then sr no. 9. Choose option damage and enter your personal details, handset details & damage details & click on submit. 10. Upload all necessary documents and images which can be of any size and format.
