[Resolved]  One Assist — mobile claim is pending

Baught an insurance from one assist. My relationship id is 2200010. I filed for insurance on 10th aug. But there insurance company approval is still pending. The phone was sent on 21st aig to insurance company. But the approval is still pending. Whenever i call to customer care they always told me to wait. They are keep delaying the process. I also sent an another device for repairing. They sent me the device back. It was not repaired by service centre instead of that they got it repaired from a local shop vendor and there were still issues in the device. When i told this to insurance company. They said that they have arranged for a pick up. It was 5 days ago but still there is no response from their side. On monday their complaint handling department told me to wait for 48 hrs. It's more than 4 days. There customer executives keep telling me that i have to wait for some more time.

You stated nothing on call no solution is provided from last 2 weeks your executive called me without any knowledge of the claim and she told me she will call again and will tell me about claim status but still there is no response from your side and you are telling me that you had solved my query you are telling nothing more than lies.
