[Resolved] One Assist — Mobile not returned | |||||
Hi service request number 1754538 Relationship number : 1625361 I had insured my mobile from one assist and claim for damage (screen crack). I have provided my mobile on Jan 27-2017 and they promised it ll be done in 10-15 days max. Then they said the due date is moved to Feb 26 due to lack of spare parts. Then again the due date was move to Mar8th. Now its moved to Mar 18 when i checked with their customer care. I called the mi repair center and they said screen check will not take more then 2 days. The one assist is putting the blame on repair center and are not providing an exact delivery date. I feel these people have stolen my mobile and look cheated.
