One Assist — Not returned my mobile as i sent and not returned charger | |||||
My story. - in december 2015 i have opted for mi protection plan from one assist and as per the plan if my gets damaged accidentally then one assist is responsible to repair my phone so, to repair or to change damaged screen of my phone i raised a request in oct 2016 and my phone was picked up by them and i was been given a One Assist Service Request number 1627803. They told insurance company has rejected your claim. after long waiting nearly 5 MONTHS i got my un repaired phone. not in a condition to touch of screen. i questioned them about the condition of my device They given me another Service Request number 1723810. and this complaint was raised in march 2017. Since then i have been continuously mailed/calls them for status of the complaint but they have made false promises every time by saying your request has been taken, we are working on your request, please wait for 48 hours for further updates, our senior will call you and update you, you will be informed by mail or messages. 1st photo i sent mobile to one assist in a condition at least i can watch display, incoming calls (little scratch in the corner) 2nd photo you people can see we cant see incoming calls we cant touch Was this information helpful? | |||||
