[Resolved] One Assist — Phone not returned for over 2 months - Claim on hold. | |||||
The company collected my phone and was supposed to return it within 2 weeks. It has been over 2 months but I haven't received my handset back. Every time, I call One Assist, their representative informs me that the insurance company hasn't approved the claim. This has been the status for over a month now. They have no mechanism of escalation of complaints or speaking to any senior. Apparently, their seniors, Ms Asha Rani or Mr Zaffar Khan, are supposed to call back within 24 hours. They never do. I have requested for this call back on the last 4 occasions on which I spoke their customer care representative. Needless to say one doesn't expect such a service from a company of such repute.
