[Resolved] One Assist — Refusal to cancellation of my membership for one assist wallet services | |||||
I called one assist customer care on 14/05/2017 at 10:57 am for cancellation of my membership for their wallet services which is set to renew on 29/05/2017 but they refused to cancel my membership and also did not give me any complaint number or request number regarding my call to them.. I requested them to give me complaint number or request number regarding my call many times but they said no such number will be given to me and said it was part of their protocol. For same issue i tried to chat with them but same response they refused to cancel my request plus no complaint or request number given regarding my chat with them. I called one assist customer care. The service is very very bad. But somehow i managed to get it deactivated. And got refund of my first installment of total amount of 1299. But now one assist deducted rs. 650 as cancellation charges of my policy. What the hell is this cancellation charges for a policy which i was never interested to opt for. I need refund of these cancellation charges too. My policy number was 1751330.
I request all those who are suffering like me to unite and take actions against this fraud company. I have lodged a complaint at consumer affairs online both against HDFC and One Assist and looking the same from all those who are suffering like me.
