One Assist — Service renewed without information

This is jawwad patel and my relationship no is 387139 for on assist, my service was expired on 25 march 2016,
I called customer care to cancelled my service on 25 march 2016 for 2016 to 2017, but without my knowledge and information
These people renewed my service, that means they are cheating people and grab their money, they are saying we will not refund you, this is my request to all please don't take this service because there is no guaranty of refund against any fraud if they are saying like that
I want my money back
