Received a call from one life care ngo requesting me to help a 3yr girl suffering from cancer. They were very pushy and were forcing me to come online and donate right away, i felt something wrong and asked the lady to give me sometime as i was busy. She suddenly became rude and very aggressive as if she was on a mission to extract money from me. I have never been forced so much. I keep helping whatever best i can do for needy people but this is way too much. I disconnected the her call and called up aiims, they were not forth coming but when i explained the situation, they said to beware of such fake calls as this some kind of a business run to make money from the public. He further informed me that this particular patient was discharged and was not coming to the hospital anymore. I was told that this child was vomiting blood and that an urgent chemo kit was required to save the life of the baby. I was really surprised to know the truth. If anyone receives a call from these fraudsters please do not donate anything to them. They are fake and frauds playing with our emotions… beware!!!
